Nettled in a quiet area off the beaten path but within close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and interstates. You arrive to very bright and clean areas (outside and inside). Very clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities you need for a lengthy stay. I really can't say enough about my stay. I know that I will be recommending the TownePlace Suites Chicago Schaumburg to family/friends and when I plan my next trip to Chicago.

Great hotel. Seems very new and nice. Huge pool. 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Had to call a couple times to get a pack and play delivered but no other complaints!

Mohammed and the entire front desk staff has been very accommodating to our family and our situation. They have been acting out of their humanity and NOT solely out of protocol alone. We were displaced due to our pipes bursting on Christmas. The stress of dealing with the red tape and lack of follow-through of our insurance company was offset by the kindness and compassion of this staff. Consistently from the management, to the front desk , housekeeping and maintenance, this team has shown consistent excellence in their demeanor with our family during a difficult season of life.

We were there for a family event. Everything was perfect. The location of the event was just 2 mins away from the hotel. Will definitely go back and stay at Towneplace Suites
