The room was perfect for my family of 5 and the price was great! The hotel was accomodating for your extended family to have fun and congregate together each evening. We would definitely stay again

We started for two nights in a family suite. Best bang for your buck if you ask me. Room was clean, staff friendly and warm pool. Ask you can ask for

The location was great for us and the hotels itself was good. However, there were so many children running around the hotel that made it difficult to sleep.

wonderful people who were gathered here for a family celebration. It is big and spacious enough for families to enjoy each other and meeting new friends. It is on my list for a return visit.
Thank you

I absolutely love staying here when I'm on business or family. The bed was sooo comfortable. The only problem I had is it was a big brown stain on the right side of mattress, it was a brown stain on wall and curtains. And what bothered me most of all is the deadbolt on door was broke and didn't work. So I felt like I couldn't lock my door to stay safe.. My granddaughter still had so much fun in there big pool. Will stay again if they can fix those things.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was particularly good, however, I had no idea there was breakfast available, all appearances were that it was just a Starbucks, without hot food. You had to ask if breakfast was available. There was and it was good, but very expensive.
The atrium, where one could sit with family members and talk was spacious and beautiful. Lined with trees, plants and beautiful lighting it was the best thing about the hotel. More seating would have made it so much better.
The room however, was not the best. The floor and furniture were dirty, as was the desk chair, it was heavily stained and had a white drippy substance on it, ick! The pillow had stains and the coverlet wasn’t exactly fresh. The bathroom, while clean had the worst towels I’ve ever experienced. It was like drying yourself with steel wool. There were nice soaps and a conditioner on the wall in the shower, but no body lotion, I had to ask at the front desk, and I suspect the bottle had been partially used and there was hardly any lotion left when I used it.
There was a leaky coffee maker, but only one day supply of coffee available and only two small creams. We booked 2 rooms for 2 days, I suppose this is a way to get you to spend at the Starbucks in the lobby.
The location was close to other amenities, but the views were of parking lots, highways and drainage canals. Not terribly appealing.
Way too much money for a very poor experience, we will not book again.

Great hotel for a weekend visit with family. The decor of the hotel is rather odd--a bizarre mixture of themes that have nothing to do with one another--but my 7 y.o. thought it was cool. Very comfortable room, great pool area, convenient location.

Family of three in town for an overnight stay. Overall it was a positive experience. The room was spacious and cozy, beds were comfortable with clean crisp sheets and pillows that were perfect to my comfort. The bathroom was clean and had adequate towels for each guests. However there are a few minor issues that could be improved; the caulking around the tub could use some TLC or out right needs changing; the few stains in the carpet drove my compulsive husband crazy. For that he said he wouldn’t stay there again. For me that has not deterred me from staying there again. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family who are looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel in the Glenview area or for people looking to be close enough to Northwestern University who don’t want to be shelling out a pocket full of money and don’t mind the 15-20 minutes drive, depends on traffic.
Shout out to the kind and friendly staff members.
