SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chicago Chinatown

This location is great! Very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only issue I had is with the breakfast options. I have stayed in Springhill suites in other areas and by far this one had the worst breakfast choices. If breakfast does not matter to you definitely stay here but for myself my family enjoys waking up coming down getting a good hot breakfast with good choices, this location is not that.

The hotel is very family friendly. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are big with walk-in closet which makes it super convenient when traveling for multiple nights. Their breakfast offers a good selection for everyone.

Check in person at front desk reception person was very nice. She gave out recommendations for the area, and we definitely would book here again along with family and friends. Additionally, parking was easy and the bathrooms were pristine

Perfect for both family vacations and business trips. It's located at the center of China town with tons of great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. There is free parking around the corner. We felt safe to walk around. We booked a 2-queen room for our family of four and arrived past mid-night very tired. They told us they actually didn't have the 2-queen room for us, but they were happy to offer 2 rooms each with a king-bed at no additional cost, which we happily took. Beautiful and clean rooms. Great experiences!

Great stay with the family!

This SpringHill Suites hotel left an amazingly positive impression on my family and me - the hotel itself and our room were new, clean, and comfortable; the breakfast was the best we have had in the US with just the right amount of choices available (whether you like oatmeal with fresh fruit or eggs with salsa and salad). The only slight (subjective) negative was the reception at check-in - knowing that check-in starts at 3pm, we arrived about 10 minutes prior and still have a very hard time believing that our room was ready exactly at 3pm and not a minute before; time was of essence as we had about 24 hours altogether to tour Chicago. But, overall, we loved the hotel and service and do understand that it is after all their right to be exact to the letter.
