Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds and pillows could be a little better. Very clean and pool was clean. Very slippery around pool, kids were falling. Needs nonslip floor.

Great overnight stay so grand kids could attend an Illini game. Full house. Staff did a great job with breakfast. Pool was well maintained.

Overall my stay was quite enjoyable. The room was very clean and being that i had my children, it was conveniently located near the elevator yet still very quiet and not directly next to anyone so I knew that no one be disturbed by them. Parking was fantastic and breakfast wasnt crowded but i also think when we stayed played a big part. My only complaint is that the pool was shut down on day 2 of our stay and no notice was posted until morning of which led to a major disappointment for my children who were dressed in their swimsuits and in the lobby. I think pool closures should always be listed. Other than that, a perfect stay and we will definitely be back during football season!

Good space for my family of four (all adults). Close to U of I. The only bad thing is that there is a working railroad close to the hotel which was slightly annoying during the day. However, most importantly, it was quiet during the night. The front desk person (Shahjehan) was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely decor, was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly. Pool was great for kids. All around, was a perfect stay and will book here again for sure!

Front desk was amazing but the food service worker was horrible. Extremely rude and yelled at my kids for not making a waffle correctly.

We wanted just a last minute family overnight trip. Let the kids swim and just enjoy the time together. Mission accomplished the hotel was nice the staff was amazing. We had a great time.
