We stayed overnight on Saturday, October 5th for a quick weekend getaway. We were offered a room upgrade at no extra charge, which was very nice. The room was very clean and roomy. The only thing that could have been better was the pull out couch mattress. The mattress was very thin, so the springs were not cushioned at all making it uncomfortable. It worked out fine though. Also, the pool was not heated, so it was very cold to swim in. That didn’t stop the kids from having fun still. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautifully updated & suite with balcony… had to request coffee maker…high whine sound in bathroom was bad… staff said it had been there for a while… no,,. Not acceptable… Loved the suite with balcony…, breakfast ok, noisy kids in breakfast area…… what to do… parents should be aware olders do not want to hear the whining, grunting, etc…teach your kids manners before traveling…sorry not sorry,,, Would definitely stay again!!!

Quiet, and the staff were great. The breakfast was delicious and filling, which is always great with kids. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the shower pressure was unusable after 8am, unfortunately. Otherwise, we loved it.

Cannot beat the view!!! Staff was amazing! Very clean. They had TVs with a gaming system that the kids really enjoyed (my kids called Super Mario “a fun vintage game” - we felt old!) Plenty of conveniences at the bottom of the hill. Kids enjoyed the pool, but the spa wasn’t working.

Very clean and friendly. Pool and work out center were open 24 hours, great option for kids who were sitting in the car all day to swim before bed. The breakfast was included and was excellent.

Staff was nice. Our room looked clean but there was a giant bloody bandaid in the shower that we saw as soon as we walked in the room. So gross and clearly shows the shower wasn’t cleaned after the last people were in there. Then the indoor ‘heated’ pool was frigidly cold. My kids were super bummed. So we tried the hot tub. The jets didn’t work either, but it wouldn’t have mattered anyway because it was so scalding hot you couldn’t even sit in it for more than a minute or two max. Pretty disappointing. We book hotels when we travel just for the pool to add some fun after a long days drive. This was a total fail.

Was great In every way! Sarah was great. All the staff was actually! All 5 stars. Only thing that might have bothered me was the pool was over chlorinated ( all hotel pools are tough) . Really though breakfast was great, kids loved the pancake maker. A fill breakfast not those continental ones V with a bagel and coffee. They had a lot! Rooms were very spacious and clean, and a couch y too. I will stay here again!

Fast check in. We were just get for a quick stay so we didn't use pool or hot tub but the breakfast was good. They split m supply any toiletries you forget. They have full-size Dove products in the room, which i appreciate having a big family. With it being just an over night trip i totally didn't pack toiletries besides toothpaste so this was very convenient for us.

My family had a excellent experience. Thank you for your service and we appreciate the hard work and cleanness of the hotel. Just one thing is the hot tub will need just a little more maintenance for the morning swimmers
