Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa Civic Center Inn

My daughter and i stayed 4 night, visiting family. The hotel was located near freeway, shops and restaurants. Accommodations well appointed, clean, queit. Excellent breakfast , room service and bar. Pool and gym open 24 hours. Our only complant would be the kiosk and applications one had to use through your phone . I think for those less tech savvy would find it frustrating. If my daughter hadn't been with me to help with the applications my satisfaction would be less . The hotel however, was priced well . Compared to other hotels in this price range we got more bang for the buck.

Didn't enjoy the constant calls to return the ottomans to the common area. We needed something to sit on in the room and borrowed them with every intention to protect them and return them. I understand not all patrons are as concerned as we are for your property. Thank you for giving us a comfortable place to get our Idaho family together with our traveling family. Your hotel is beautiful. What movie were they filming in the lobby?

This is my family’s favorite hotel in Idaho and anytime we come here for medical appointments or shopping, this is the only hotel we will stay at. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent.

The ease of check in was nice . Breakfast was all of one kind. Not much in the way for children. Area to the side of the bed still had a spill of some sort.

Our stay was pleasant, I have one complaint that was somewhat frustrating. We had been busy with family stuff after traveling all day, We were told they have a restaurant that stayed open until 9 and the bar was until 10,most everything in town closed at 9 so we decided instead of trying to find someplace in town, we would get food at the hotel , it was 8:10 pm, walked in and asked if we could get something and the lady at the said NO ,she told them to close the grille down already because it was slow...very disappointed, We had to get back into our car and find someplace in town ended up at a pizza place for take out!!

I stayed here last year and it was such a good experience that I figured we could stay here again! This time though, I had 3 suspicious charges: $200,$100, $37.80. I had put the room originally through expedia on a different card and I only put the pet charge (35 tax= $37.80) on this specific charge so I knew it was directly from the property. I had called because the bill I was emailed stated ‘damages’ for $200 and ‘cleaning fee’ $100. I called and the person said this is due to the condition of the room when we left. I travel with my two kids: 18 and 7. We clean up every time we leave: from making sure all trash is in one corner to putting our dishes from breakfast next to the trash as well… we even put all our used towels in one pile in the bathroom so I knew this is false. My dog is trained and didn’t make any damages or accidents anywhere! I called again and requested to speak to a manager and requested pictures of these damages, the manager was ‘busy’ and they couldn’t find the pictures that were supposed to be attached to the invoice that was emailed to me. Later, I received a call from the original person I spoke with and they stated ‘there was a glitch in the system’ and I would be refunded. I was refunded the $200 and the $100 but I still have an additional $37.80 ( outside of already having paid the $37.80) pending. My suggestion IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY HERE: take pics when you leave, check your statement when you check out and definitely check your credit card!

The hotel was clean, modern, and had comfortable beds. This was really nice to have during our road trip. The breakfast was great for my kiddos and we were able to have our dog with us!

No security kids running wild in hall ways, other guest’s golf team and adults going from room to room late into the night, third night drunken adults going from room to room disturbing sleeping guests. Contacted front desk and was told they. Knew about what was going on but nothing done. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our room was above the patio area. We complained multiple times that the people were being so loud and cussing the whole time. I had to leave the tv on to drown them out. Which was an issue because it was almost 1am and my kids couldn’t sleep and had a basketball tournament the next morning. Rude and the staff didn’t care.

Weather was cold but the view was nice ,I had a corner room so I had an extra window it was nice I work remotely so the desk space in the room was a plus. Breakfast had a great variety, for myself and my family . Location was great . Easy check in and the staff was above and beyond. Beds were a little too firm but overall excellent stay.
