This hotel is old and noisy! The ac went on and off every 15 minutes with a high pitched squeak. The double room beds are tiny; do not try to stay as a couple without a king option! They do not keep brewed coffee in the lobby 24/7 even though there’s a coffee station. The price was way too high for the quality of hotel. On a positive note, the rooms are spacious and great for family travel with a huge couch and good mini fridge.

I was impressed by how clean it was even with kids touching the glass in the elevator in the morning but be clean and clear within no time. Pool was reallywarm and indoors. For such a big hotel i felt it was ran well for not seeing any issues with getting cleaned.

Stayed for a quick weekend trip with our family. This place was great! Room was spacious with the pull out bed. Food was yummy. Kids loved the pool. Definitely will use again!

Our stay was overall great! The breakfast was tastey. The pool was great for kids. Only downside was the bed being uncomfortable.

Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would have liked this property better if the pool was warm. Our kids swam, but my husband and I didn’t because the water was too cold.

Our room was canceled without notice. We arrived late after calling to notify we’d be checking in late. Had 2 sick kids and a long day of driving only to be told they gave our room away to Hyatt members who had priority and there was nothing they could do.

Even though I had pre-paid for my reservation, I was informed that they were full and did not have the room available that I reserved. There was no explanation given as to how this could have happened. Me and my 5 kids were left in a panic at 10pm on a Friday night trying to find a place to stay. The nearest hotel that could accommodate the 6 of us was 53 miles away.

We wish the breakfast was better and that the pool was warmer. Tad disappointed was not a hot tub. Room was big for a family of four and was quite during our stay.
