Comfort Suites near Robins Air Force Base

Overall the stay was fine. The pull out bed didn’t have pillows. We picked it because of the pool. The pool was freezing so the kids didn’t really enjoy it as much as I was hoping.

The hotel itself was nice. It was clean, check in and check out were quick, the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was absolutely freezing so it was a bummer for our kids to swim for 2 minutes before they were frozen. The breakfast was average.

Overall a good hotel. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but the pool itself is not heated so very cold in March. The beds were comfortable and the room overall clean. It took a little while to cool, but got there fine. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free and fine but nothing fancy: waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage. Overall a good hotel, but nothing spectacular.

Hotel was clean overall. Room and shower were very clean. The sheets and bed were very comfortable. The room had ample space and was larger than a normal double bed room in my experiences. Shower was not warm enough. Not that it was not hot, or too cold, it was just warm and not warm enough to feel clean. Tried to take a bath and the drain wouldn’t hold the water in, and the water pressure was so low it couldn’t keep up. The cool shower also had no pressure on any of the shower head settings. Check in and front staff: upon arriving the front staff seemed mad about something and then we felt like they projected that on us. They told us the pool was closed and would not give us a time when it would be open. We chose this place because of the advertised pool and paid more for that amenity because we thought our kids could burn some energy before bed. They opened it in the morning but we were already put out and the water was broth-looking. Overall it was just a nice place to sleep and a nice bed. Everything else seemed broken. From the pool, shower, breakfast was meh, the two person elevator… I would’ve complained to the front desk but it is not their fault that the hotel is being poorly managed. Most of the things we had issues with were with operations. Not cleanliness or comfort. Try to do better for the next family. We will pick the la Quinta in this exit next time.

This property was perfect for my family and I they provide a continental breakfast I cannot rate because I am not a huge breakfast eater. Staff was very welcoming and nice. The toilet in the room was very loose and the WiFi did not work well but overall very clean and many options to get good food from. 3.9/5 overall

The property was well maintained but a staff was not understanding ( my family had driven from Texas and we had arrived earlier than the check in time) we had to wait in the lobby. A customer should not have to explain the need for the room, m

Overall not a bad place to stay. We were in town for two nights for my kids event down in Perry, GA. This location was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing. Ms. Dee was so accommodating. Very clean, and super family friendly. Pool was a great addition as well. Pretty big and very clean.

I had a trip planned to come visit family. I wanted something nice, clean & friendly. They surpassed my expectations. I will be planning more trips in the future. This will be where we stay.

This was a very nice property. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were large and clean. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (for a family of 4, you’re saving $30 on sit down breakfast every night you stay)! Indoor hot tub and pool were an added bonus we took advantage of.
