Room was great, but the room above us had kids stomping around until 9:30 pm. They were very noisy and loud!

I called and asked if there was a pool and breakfast before booking and was told yes and when we got here the pool was closed for the weekend. I paid over 200 a night and my kids didn’t get to enjoy the pool.

Check in, the rooms that I booked put both side by side, one was broken and the other one was rented out. The young lady at the front desk was amazing, great attitude and above and beyond on her customer service. I was moved to another room, 423/425. 425, problems, a/c panel fell off the a/c was stuck at 72 the whole time, tried to get it down to 68 but I just sucked it up and sweated my butt off. I use a CPAP, machine it’s important that I’m comfortable when I sleep. The pool, it was cloudy to the point where you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. My kids refused to get in the pool because of this. The hallway’s had patched marks, the ceiling was falling off. The one elevator was a nightmare, I understand that things break but on a big checkout day, it sucked standing there with a arm load of things going to my car. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry over 20 years, this email isn’t from someone who just wants to complain. I currently work for one of the world’s luxury hotel brands. I hope that these things are fixed so that the next guest doesn’t have this problem. Thank you

First we booked as pay when we arrive so we could pay for both rooms separately upon arrival. They charged my card before we even arrived for both rooms and when we asked them to take one off and put it on a different card they ran the other card and said one of the charges would come off my card. Well I was still charged for both rooms and then an additional $25 a week and a half later with no notice or explanation. The rooms were not clean, had stains and dead bugs in the room. We booked together and we’re on completely different sides of the hotel. We didn’t want to put our luggage on the ground due to how dirty the room was. Asked for a crib for the baby and they only had two for the whole place so our baby has to sleep with us in the bed as a result. Slept because it was so late and the kids were exhausted when we arrived. We were up by 7:30 and left by 8 am with the kids and got breakfast elsewhere because of how bad it smelt while being cooked. To my husband it smelt like wet dog/cat food. Also, the shower was not clean and I waited until we arrived at our next location to shower because I didn’t think it was cleaned at all after the last person used it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay at again after all of this. If I could rate it with negative stars I would due to what we experienced. I also read many reviews before booking but I do not believe those could have been authentic or the same place based on how our room looked.

Staff was friendly and suite was nicely set up to accommodate my family of five. Convenient location close to stores and restaurants, right off highway, nicely priced.

A great rest stop on the way to our final destination. All of my kids enjoyed the hot breakfast which is always a plus.

Elevator was broken and we had to carry 3 kids and luggage close to midnight. Wasn’t called or notified until we checked in at front desk. Couch was dirty. When we showered in AM I pulled back curtain and dirty, wet washcloths fell off the curtain, up top. The sink wasn’t dry, like someone ran water prior to us. Toilet was dirty at edges and towels had stains. We also couldn’t enter through other doors due to the system crash. When elevators fixed next morning, only one worked. So we waited ten minutes and then carried everything down again through 3 flights of stairs. Everyone on support staff was nice but the experience was poor and we just needed a spot to sleep over night. We considered swimming but it smelled so strongly of sewage we didn’t stay. Won’t be back.

The rooms were dirty and had hair all over the bathroom. First room the air did not work and after 2 hours it was still 76 in the room. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. She moved us to another room. While the air worked in that room it was just as dirty and dingy as the first. Hair in the bathroom, mold all over the ceiling. The second room was off the elevator and we listed to a child run back and forth to the elevator for an hour slamming doors in between. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was GREAT from the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. The continental breakfast was truly amazing and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Excellence can only compare to the professionalism of your staff. We really enjoyed our visit.

Everything was great except for the pool area. There’s an ash tray right next to the door. As dozens of young children are trying to get to the pool, they had to walk by smokers. People are also allowed to smoke around the pool so cigarette smoke was wafting over the families.
