Let’s start with the positives: ·      The front desk and maintenance staff were polite ·      The bed was very comfortable ·      Plenty of towels were provided, which is often an issue   Basic fails: ·      The air conditioner didn’t work ·      The fridge didn’t work, no biggie, but the replacement one didn’t either, which was important for dietary restrictions ·      Cream colored curtains had literally been stitched multiple times with black thread and were still shredding ·      The floor was ridiculously dirty and likely hadn’t been mopped in months (pic attached) ·      There’s no coffee maker in the room, so the lobby is your only option ·      The “free breakfast, the people in the restaurant ‘bill you for’, which can be removed at the front desk ·      We were asked twice by cleaning staff when we were leaving despite having the do not disturb on the door for conference calls, for a noon checkout. Once at 10am and once at 11:45am.   There are lots of hotel options in this area and I expect much more from a Hilton. Slightly outdated is one thing, the rest made it very easily a place I will not return to. We had a minor accident that required ice and towel for some minor bleeding, then wiping the floor. Attached is the dirt from 2 steps in the door in that wipe up…that is gross, and I have 2 dogs and 3 kids.

AC doesn’t work slept with 3 kids in a room was horrible. Temp was set at 65 and the whole time we slept on 75. Our vehicle was broken into the night before unexpectedly, hotel notified they had cameras from previous times staying there and now leaving they said they only had cameras installed in their entrance and exit of the hotel. Staff seems to be having a bad day attitude after attitudes Please think twice about staying here.

I love this hotel. It really is a beautiful place. This time was not so great. Our room did not have any hot water. I had maybe 2 minutes of hot water and then no more for the rest of my family. Our second room we had did not have any heat or AC. Nothing worked. I notified the front desk and nothing was done.

Checking was easy and fast and the Hilton associate at the counter was very friendly and got me a room close to my family! The room was very clean and comfortable!

The front desk staff was GREAT! Norman and 3 ladies. They were kind, professional and just willing to engage with a genuine smile. They went out of their way to make our stay as good as it could be. I didnt like the room. It just seemed worn and used. It didnt appear dirty, but it seemed that no manner of work would ever make it look clean. The bed was aweful. That was the worst part. We came to rest and enjoy a night together, especially when you have a large family. I could not sleep. The bed was very hard for me and both beds were small and dipped in the middle seemingly due to years of wear and use. The entire point was to rest and we got none. Additionally, there was a HUGE omega psi phi fraternity conference, as well as a golf conference being hosted at the hotel. Jam packed with men and red plastic cups. We felt like we wasted our money, especially as a teacher and only being able to afford one night and that night was completely and totally disappointing. The staff however was just as kind and sweet natured as they could be. No complaints with any of the staff.
