Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Newnan, GA

To start there wasn’t any toilet paper or a dispenser to house a roll of toilet paper in our room,!, Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, only when I addressed my concerns at the front desk did we get clean towels and the bed made! Totally disappointed! We have family in the area and won’t stay at your hotel again!

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They switched us to connecting rooms without issue. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was great! Very happy with our stay!

The hotel elevator was very hot and uncomfortable, had some complaints about us being loud bc the walls were paper thin, just walking in the hallways sounded super loud. Felt like we were supposed to remain super quiet the whole time which was not easy with all of our children. The Gm or manager of the hotel we spoke to was very rude and disrespectful. We have over 5 rooms and stayed for 2 nights and spent a lot of money in a hotel we didn't feel welcome in. They made comments about us to our other guests and didnt address them directly with us, when we approached her about it she said they would kick us out if they're were anymore complaints. But the problem is that we were also hearing the banging from others walking , anytime anyone moved in the hotel you could hear it. Overall i would not recommend at all if you have children with you.

I was traveling alone. The location was close to food and shopping. I did not hear street noise. I felt safe going in and out at night. The staff was friendly, and comforting in my time of grief. Breakfast had many options from fruit to hot bar. My room was clean, updated, no smells, the pool area was being painted but was still able to swim, the parking area, checkin area, and halls were clean and smelled fresh. 5 miles from family so I will be returning a few times a year.

My husband and I were visiting family in the Newnan area for 8 days and this establishment was convenient to their home. I was able to get a reasonable price thru Expedia and all accommodations were as expected. They served a good breakfast with a variety of eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles and cereal and their coffee was outstanding. Parking was very good as I had a handicapped spot right outside the hallway door. Personnel were friendly and eager to help in any way. They have washers and dryers available to visitors. Rooms were confortable and clean.

What I like was near all businesses and family home where we visited What I didn't like was room service of towels and toilet paper its was 5 in our room only towels for 3 when asked they never returned with any! I then went to an unattended cart to get supplies You get 1 rating BAD

This is the first time i stayed at this hotel and there isnt much i can complain about. The staff was very nice and helpful, they offer the free breakfast which was a different variety every morning, the room was nice and beds very comfortable, they have a small fridge and microwave which came in helpful with the kids and their snacks and drinks. They have the indoor pool which my kids loved. I guess my only complaint would be that the pool was super super cold. I assumed it was a heated pool since it was indoors but my kids still got in and had alot of fun so it was a win either way! I would definitely stay here again.

Property was fine except that our room just had the carpets cleaned, so they were still wet and the cleaner smell was strong. Had kids with us and were too tired to switch rooms so we just slept through it. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel.
