We've stayed here on several occasions because our grandchildren live in Milledgeville. That staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and the grandchildren enjoy swimming in the pool. No complaints!

Our sink drain didn’t work. Friday evening was quiet but Saturday evening had children running up and down the halls yelling. The elevator inspection has expired.

Have stayed here plenty of times however I have never had the staff to come tell my kids to quiet down in the pool area at 430 in the afternoon. Late at night would have been understandable but never in the middle of the day in an indoor pool with an obvious echo. Also there were no towels in the pool area and when I went to ask for towels I was asked if I could bring the towels out of my room first didn’t understand the logic behind this at all.

The front desk person checked in me into the wrong room. I booked a room for 3 adults and 2 children. When I booked the room it showed two double beds and a pullout couch. He gave me a room with only 2 double beds. Then told me the room I was describing was an upgrade with an added fee but he would give it to me at no charge. He also said they were sold out and didn't have the room available. But after going back and forth he found the room and put us in it. The breakfast was horrible. I won't be staying here again.

i didn't like that i could hear children screaming and playing from the indoor pool to my room. They were also playing in the hallway during the night hours

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was up to date with decor not run down. Great place to stay. Will return. This is my family's 3rd stay

Our stop over trip was good. The room was nice. The bathroom could have used some wall repair. We brought our dog and she was happy and comfortable. The only complaint we have were the kids running up and down the halls and the heavy smell of pot in the halls.
