Truth in other reviews, this property is substandard to the brand. Really needs refreshing, updating. Found live insects in the room. Dead insects lined the peeling ceiling wallpaper in the bathroom. Why this was consistently overlooked? The sofabed mattress is extremely worn and thin, and very uncomfortable. I added two blankets under the fitted sheet for my family members comfort. Room 300. The breakfast is good, though the hours are somewhat limited and if you arrive later you may be limited in selections. It appears theres a set amount that’s available and when it’s exhausted that’s it. Parking is available and plentiful. Property is close to shopping.restaurants and the interstate.

Stayed overnight with family on way to Florida. The entire facility was super clean, breakfast the next day was delicious and the staff were all friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

This was a last minute booking for us on our way home from vacation. They had exactly the room we needed to fit our whole family and our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The only thing was that we couldn't get the tv in the master bedroom to change channels from the weather channel - but nevertheless it was fine because we were ready for bed anyway as soon as we got there. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was hot. Beds were the most comfortable of our whole trip. This was our second stay at this same location and we would come again if the need arises.

Arrived around 830-845 in the evening. 3 kids aged 2-10 had been cramped in the car for 9 hours. Wishing 10 minutes in the room we had a noise complaint 🙃 kids needed to run out some energy. Front desk called being rude saying we need to be quiet or find somewhere else to stay. Room walls and curtains were dingey. Holes in walls, bathroom was mildew smell and holes patched poorly around shower. Absolutely no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. Weird smell throughout room. Luckily it was just for the night

We're only a few hours in and the stay has been terrible. There must be a little league party happening this weekend and while the pool is closed the tennis area isn't. It's also right out our window. I guess our sleep and our kids sleep doesn't matter. The tennis area closes at 10pm so I guess we'll have to wait? Staff is unimpressive. By far worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. Beyond disrespectful.

This hotel is always quiet and comfortable. I have a lot of family in this area so Im here often visiting. This is usually my "go to" hotel. The rooms are spacious.The staff is always friendly as well.

Love how large the suite was. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Everything was clean. The full kitchen would have been amazing if we stayed longer than one night.
