Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lagrange I-85, an IHG Hotel

When we arrived, we realized the tv was broken. Went to the front and someone went up and said they fixed it. After leaving to get dinner, it was all fuzzy and not working again. Went back down and was told to just push a cord back in the make it work. Once I rejected that solution because it was not one, I was told the lady in the lobby needed to verify and see for herself. She went up and told my husband to just not move it to face our kids and that would work. We requested a different room and were put in one that was not like what we paid for. The thermometer in that room was broken, but we just dealt with it because we jad already moved and it was late. Front desk person was very unpersonable and rude.

Our experience at the property was great!! Front desk staff is AMAZING! So kind, informative and helpful. The pool was great, kids enjoyed it. The breakfast is much more than expected, actual eggs and sausage, buscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit. The only negative is that our room wasn't very clean. When first walking in, we noticed crushed food on the floor, a used qtip next to the trash can, some trash in the trash can, and hair in the shower with a sticky yellow substance. Then, found an old nasty earring on the floor.
