I booked a suite one month before my stay. When I got to the room I discovered it was not a suite. I informed reception about the mistake, and they gave me keys to another room. That room ended up being already occupied by other visitors. I informed reception again, and I was told there were no more suites available, even though I had booked a suite one month prior. They gave me a room that cost significantly less than what I had already paid for, but they would not give me a partial refund to make up for the price difference. During my stay I talked to three different people at the reception desk about this problem. They all told me they would let the manager know. The manager was conveniently never there when I was there. I never received any communication from the manager about this problem. I was asked upon check-in if I wanted housekeeping during my stay. I said yes, but housekeeping never came to my room during my stay. The sheets had hairs on them from previous visitors. The shower water was scalding hot, there was no cold water. The air temperature in the pool area felt like it was over 100 degrees. There was only one chair in the entire pool area, so if you don't want to swim with your kids you have to just stand there and sweat. The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is the hot breakfast was good.

Uncomfortable bed. Noisy kids in the halls. Front desk was friendly.

Let me start by saying the staff and location were excellent. We were visiting the area because a family member was getting surgery on Ft Stewart and the on post hotel was fully booked. This hotel had the best reviews for the price range we were looking for.
The hotel itself is not bad. The 2nd floor had a bit of a musty smell, and the room we were given looked like it had been pried open with a crowbar and then they attempted to repair it. The room itself was okay. Bathroom was clean. Bed looked clean. No signs of bedbugs or other critters. It was a king room with a pull out sofa. The mattress on the sofa bed was disgusting. It had stains and all kinds of discoloration all over it. That was my biggest gripe with the room and our overall stay.
Breakfast was nothing fancy but it was hot and it was free! Can’t complain much when they’re saving our family of 6 from stopping at the drive thru and spending more than the cost of a night in the hotel on one meal.
Overall it wasn’t awful. I’d opt to stay there again if I absolutely had to. The location was super convenient with plenty of food options. We didn’t feel unsafe at any point which is rare right outside the gate of a military base. You couldn’t pay me to stay at a hotel right outside the gate at Fort Benning! IYKYK.

We were in town for the funeral of a dear relative so our family, her sorority and fraternity family booked most the hotels in the area. I was impressed with the interior lobby, breakfast and dining areas of LaQuinta. Our room was clean and well ventilated. Staff was friendly and professional. However, my niece’s lodged a complaint with front desk due to blood on the sheets of both beds. Clean sheets were delivered but there was no availability for move rooms due to mass bookings. Next, my uncle was given room keys to a room already occupied by a stranger who was in bed sleeping upon his entry. As I exited my room, which happened to be directly across from the room, I saw my uncle coming out and asked who was in the room snoring? He replied:”I don’t know some man is in the room sleeping.” We grabbed his luggage and raced back to front desk. Upon the day of my check out I was getting dressed pulling up my underwear under my dress when someone inserted a key and opened the door. I yelled “I’m getting dressed, I haven’t checked out yet!” The young housekeeping supervisor had a clipboard, still proceeded to stick her head in the door, apologized and asked what time I was checking out 11am or late 12noon? I said “I already told housekeeping 11am when they knocked earlier!” I gave this a 5star initially cause I didn’t want to write negative info as our family had a good stay at LaQuinta and I would stay again, but as I write this I should change it.

Property claims to have snack bar/ deli.....NO it does not. There is a vending machine for soda and water.
Also says they have a bar and lounge. There is a "bar" but no service, no beverages to purchase. Very disappointing as I was in town for a funeral, depending on family for transportation and was unable to access good unless someone came to get me.
Not thrilled with this facility.

We paid extra money and drove 40 minutes out of our way for a hotel with a pool for the kids, but the pool is closed.
Also, in the photos of the room we booked, there was a soaking tub in the photo, but no soaking tub in our room.

The hotel staff was very nice, and this has no reflection whatsoever on them. The hotel itself was just not up to par. The water pressure was low, signs were fallen off the wall, the pool was closed (we booked this hotel specifically for the pool). Breakfast was good, but the area it’s served in is small and crowded. Kids were bumping into each other even when they were being careful, just due to the lack of space. However, the room was large enough for our family, and comfortable enough. The price was good, and staff were friendly. The owners need to do better by the hotel and staff.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use the bar area of the lobby (which was not open) for our family Christmas party. There was still the issue with the outlets in the room (233) being way to loose so that anything you plugged into them was in danger of falling out. Also there was only one trash can in the entire room, no trash can in the bathroom at all, only out in the living area.

First off walking in, the staff member was sitting watching tv. She act like I was bothering her she didn’t greet us and was very rude. It’s Christmas time she charged the wrong card, which cause me to Hv overdraft fees. Nobody took responsibility and I have kids. The rooms one the heat didnt work, we change to another room that everything was broke the light the sink and the heat. The bed in that room sucked. I wouldn’t ever stay at that one again

The hotel was clean however if I had a complaint it would be to put guest with small children who like to run on the 1st floor. And to add a non slip mat in shower. But I would certainly stay in another La Quinta Inn.
