Sleep Inn Cartersville - Emerson Lake Point

Dawn Dawn Dawn amazing help!!! I accidentally left my work and personal laptop behind and didn’t realize it until we were 4hrs away!! Called the hotel and due to privacy policies she couldn’t just go into the room to retrieve. But tried calling gusts for hours into the night to reach them. Well by the morning she had reached them and gotten my items back😄. And let me tell you I paid the shipping label and they shipped the items back to me and everything was bbbke wrapped and packaged so nearly when it arrived!! I can’t thank all involved enough for all of the assistance!! In addition the hotel is in a great location especially if you have activities at Lake Point Sportsplex. Walking distance to that and also there is a lot of entertainment for adults and kids at the gaming center…bowling, arcades, mini-golf etc…

Everything was great. No complaints. Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. I would definitely recommend for a family to stay.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. My kids love the indoor pool!
