It was amazing very clean and front seat was very polite and helpful check in was real easy family loved it there was space for all 6 of us comfortably

Had to end stay early due to family emergency. When contacting the property they told us we’d be able to get a refund for the unused nights. However a few days later the request ended up getting denied. Staff was friendly, area around the hotel is convenient, but we felt uncomfortable there.

I didn’t appreciate my room being changed from what I originally booked or the fact that the staff treated me as though I was a child when checking in or asking questions about why my room was changed.

Amazing hotel. Close enough to the city of Atlanta without staying in the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s close to a nice suburban area Alpharetta with a mall that has the cutest indoor play place for kids. The hotel was safe clean and perfect all around. Free breakfast was a plus!

Room felt dirty and i felt dirty staying there. Was really excited to go home and shower. Staff was super nice but theres nothing special about the room. Basic TV and small fridge. Was not worth $96 a night. No microwaves in the room. Not a great room if you have little ones that go to bed early cause then you go to bed early. Food on property is overpriced along with the drinks. Did offer free breakfast which was food but nothing special.

Hotel is currently being remodeled. This is not a problem. Problem is workers taking a break and smoking weed near the side door. When the door was open the smell would drift into the hallway. When we arrived at 3:30 no one was at the counter to check us in. My family along with 3 others had to wait for someone to arrive. This took longer than 15 minutes. Of course we waited patiently. Hotel room needs a lot of touch ups, however, room was clean.

I was planning on hanging out at the pool and it was closed. I would not have stayed here if the pool was not open. My kids and I packed 2 bathing suits for a 2 day trip do this was very disappointing

The property has a broken elevator. It’s quicker to take the stairs however when you’re traveling with kids and luggage the stairs are not convenient and the clerk overcharged my card because she didn’t know what she was doing and the funds have not been released in 5 days

The shower was great and the comfortable beds the family enjoyed we plan on making plans to come back again and the breakfast food was good
