We had one towel for a family of 5 and there were no towels on the morning when I asked the front desk. There wasn’t any food left for the breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet. She even found my honors rewards before we arrived. She was by herself and there was not an empty room to be found. She was doing an awesome job at trying to help everyone. The only thing was the indoor pool was very cold and the kids were itchy after playing in the pool.

We checked in rather late and the front desk clerk was very helpful in helping me and my family get a room. The room was very clean. And had a nice continental breakfast downstairs.

Everything was great, the staff was always ready to help and very friendly. They had. very nice breakfast with plenty of options for everyone. The indoor pool was great for the kids-we would have preferred the pool a little warmer-it was a little cold.

The pool was freezing. My children couldn’t stand to swim in it. There were also lots of beetles and stink bugs, which my children are terrified of

The pillows were stained and dirty - the vent in bathroom was not working - when staying as family was not conducive for multiple use due to dampness

2 Queen Bed Suite was perfect for family with older children. Staff was courteous and helpful.
