Wonderful vintage Winter Park hotel! My family came here in July for my father in law's 90th birthday celebration. We took a red eye from across the country and they gratiously let us check in early. Check-in was fast since we booked through the Expedia app. Customer service was consistent and courteous. Housekeeping daily unlike other hotels. I love fresh towels and a clean room. My bed was comfortable and they have nice pillows not the ones that seem filled with sand.I appreciated the ice water and coffee in the lobby. I would highly recommend this vintage gem!

Amazingly well maintained family run hotel on the coolest corner of downtown winter park. Breakfast on the veranda surrounded by beautiful ferns & other natural greenery was a special treat. Lots within walking distance--good restaurants, shopping, tiffany museum, etc.

I love old gorgeous building like this so i'm a bit biased. This hotel had so much charm and history. My kids loved the antique feel to it. We had a ball staying here. Staff was incredible, and it is in a very swank part of Orlando. We felt safe.

A beautiful 100 year old hotel. Hubby and I had a great time. Was truly treated like VIP's. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean & beautiful, everything walking distance. Winter Park is beautiful with plenty of food and shopping. We will bring back the kids next time... We rode the Sunrail train (for fun) which is close but the noise did not bother us at all. We enjoyed a glass of wine on balcony in the evening. Also a complementary breakfast in the morning and when I walked out on balcony there was a saxophone player playing in the park, that was special too.

You will never find a more friendly staff. You would swear that all the staff is family, and they treat you the same way. Hand delivered continental breakfast is fantastic, especially if you have a balcony room. Yes, the Plaza is very old and has it's quirks, but those quirks are what make the stay even more special. The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere and feel safe, the shops, restaurants, and huge park are right there.
