The room was perfect for a family of four with two young children. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. The pool area was under construction was the only down side.

The room was large and spacious. And the kids loved the outdoor roof-top pool. The restaurant was great for dinner. And the free breakfast the next morning was outstanding!!

You have to use valet or a parking garage around the block but if you use their valet it’s VERY expensive which it’s ridiculous it should not be so expensive since you are staying in the hotel. The area at night is ridiculous with homeless people everywhere too I didn’t feel safe walking with my kids

Stay was good, apart from losing power in the night and all lights turning on at ridiculous o clock and waking the family up! Can’t be helped but was irritating

We stay here often when we visit our daughter . This time the room we had was noisy, we heard babies crying and parents scolding their kids. Cars driving by. We never had this issue before but definitely was not fun. Also they attempted to charges us for an extra day of valet parking. I caught it and explained to them and they corrected the charge immediately.

Only there for one night. Accommodating our family of 6 in one room was great. Also thank you for recognizing what your guests want in providing a standard check out time at noon and providing a fantastic breakfast included in our stay. Thanks again we will be back
