Rooms were outdated and just didn’t look clean. There were stains all over the fabric headboards, the couch, and the carpet, including a big nasty stain right by the bed that looked like it could be old blood. It was also very noisy and we (2 adults, 1 baby, and 1 child) were up until midnight because of the people above us.

I never complain about a stay BUT when I got there they told me they were overbooked and it was first come first serve. I virtually checked in at 2pm from my phone. So I had to wait to see if they had ANY available rooms. When I did get a room, I went to the room and A GUEST was already in the room. I had to apologize over and over again to her. I finally got a room with no one in it. Then after we checked out, I realized I left a pillow and blanket in there. I called to see if they could get it and keep it behind they counter and they said they could not get a hold of housekeeping. We had long checked out so we would have a family member get the belongings for me. They said the family member would have to go upstairs to the room and find the belongings! Never again will I stay at this hotel! Signed, DISAPPOINTED TRAVEL AGENT

The staff were very nice. It was a last minute reservation but everything was fine. I enjoy the internet TV, the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the cleaner they used was a little overpowering when we first entered the room but we quickly got used to it. Also our upstairs neighbors were rather heavy footed (perhaps a child?) but they did settle down around bedtime. The breakfast is your average hotel fare but service and comfort are worth a return stay!

A/C blew hot air drying the night and next day. Carpet was wet from A/C leaking . Tried to get another room but they were booked . Not a great experience for my family for 2 nights .

This is the first accessible room that is truley accessible. The shower id perfect. it is designed just as it should be with theeee contrls within easy reach. Especially if you need to sit down to shower. I am not sure why hotels ever have a tub. Even if I had a child it would feel wrong to put them in a tub that thousands of people may have used! They tend to put everything in their mouths! Shower only Please!

This is an amazing hotel, staff & the cleanliness, comfort & breakfast was impeccable!! Will definitely stay here again.. and recommend to our friends & family. Had the best sleep in such a long time.. thank you for putting so much pride in your establishment!!
