Inn On The Lakes

The hotel was definitely older, but well-maintained and clean. It had a double sided Lakeview. We stayed in room 202, which could not have been better because the window overlooked a burning field with their mothers and baby chicks we saw great blue herons ,egrets ,storks. We were on a burning trip, so this was perfect. I would definitely recommend to stay on the second or third floor for a better view. We had dinner at the restaurant sat next to the window and had a wonderful view. I would recommend making reservations early as this place does book up. they had an interesting menu and had a lot of things that you would normally not find at a restaurant. I had the Trio appetizer and my wife had a Caesar for the first course. It was delicious IThey had an interesting menu and had a lot of things that you would normally not find at a restaurant. Even the old-fashioned had artisan cherries and for dessert we had gelato which was huge. Overall stay and experience at this hotel was fantastic. I think that the experience of the hotel is gonna be based on your view so definitely request a high floor.

The view was amazing, and breakfast being delivered to the room was something the kids really appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting things set up when we arrived.

We were on a family trip through Florida because I have terminal cancer and wanted to spend time together with my family. This hotel had bedbugs and the door to the bathroom would not close completely. It looked like it was still under construction. It was not very sanitary. at 8 AM housekeeping was very loud and woke everybody up. I would never stay here again.

I don’t like the fact there’s no ac in the room when we get there with my family, we spend the entire night with no Ac , I told one of the staff members he told me to just wait for couple minutes if doesn’t get cold to get back to him. This is the first time I went to a hotel the room is not cold ready to go.

I cannot say enough about the staff here. They remembered us everytime we came in, greeted us and even caught the elevator for us when our hands were full. They were so accommodating of our need during our stay, and even upgraded us to a lake facing room free of charge to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary, along with letting us check in right when we got to town. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning felt so luxurious and daily housekeeping kept our room spotless and fresh. Watching the sunrise over little lake jackson every morning while eating breakfast was the perfect beginning to each day of our stay. My husband's family is from Sebring and everytime we come back to visit them we will definitely be staying at the Inn on the lake from now on. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.

We had our wedding reception here 16 years ago. On this trip, we actually spent 2 nights here. A family situation was why we came. The place is really nice. Our bathroom was a little small, but the overall room was nice. Our front desk check-in guy moved us to the quieter side of the building and he gave us a lake view for the same price. Sophie on the day shift was very nice. A lady named Tammy delivered our breakfast to our room both mornings, right on time. We will be coming back to this place again. 👍

My boys were taking thier open water junior diver classes at Lake Denton less than 15 minutes away. My wife decided to book a hotel nearby so we didn’t have to drive 2 hours back and forth each way between the Saturday and Sunday classes. Boy am I glad she did. Our class was done early and when we got to the hotel early we were just going to swim in the pool before our checkin at 4. Sophie at the counter was a rockstar juggling between checking us in, answering phone calls and other employees coming at her. She let us check in early because our room was clean and ready. Room 220 was EXCELLENT!! The decor was on point. Everything was fairly new. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was upscale and sparkling clean. We went down to the enjoy the pool and since it was 7 feet deep the kids wanted to practice equalizing their ears. So they put on the SCUBA gear and got in. I would also like to personally thank Sergio who came outside to warn us of the high UV index that day. It’s caring staff like that, that you don’t find everywhere. Small things like that puts the personal touch that big chain hotels miss the mark on. The next day our free breakfast sandwiches, coffee and OJ were delivered to our room promptly when we asked for the time the day before. Usually for continental breakfast, hotels put that in a self service room. This was another added touch above and beyond other hotels. I don’t know why this is only a 3 star hotel. It should be a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is a beautiful family resort with a lovely pool on a lake setting. The beds were very comfortable. Mini fridge, microwave and Keurig a helpful touch. Bathroom was clean and updated. It’s right on the highway, so the road noise can be bothersome if not on lake view side.

Stay was good. Love the bed room was ok. Staff was great. Service ok. I was there with family for a funeral I would stay there again for sure. Hotel just need a bit more upgrades. Need key cards instead of actual keys.

We really enjoyed this place. Very clean safe great staff great environment. Will take my family here again
