Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the 1bd suite. Close to lots of restaurants. Breakfast was basic and on par with standard hotel buffets. Workout room was clean and well furnished, as was the pool. Staff were all friendly, we’d stay again.

Great Value but not so good customer service. Bed was lumpy. We got charged a $200 fee for stained bed sheets from our Twins babies, we washed them to be proactive but still got charged. Front desk lady was very rude!

I was traveling with family and made two reservations at the same time and they put us on different floors and would not change, also the remote was not working all the time and that should be checked everyday by maid.

I did not receive the room I booked thru Expedia. I booked a family suite which has a bedroom with two queen beds inside and one sofa bed in the open area (close to 700 square feet) and what I got was everything in one space (about 300 to 400 square feet)! Hotel front desk kept saying it's Expedia issue and we should not book thru it. I as customer had a group of 6 had to stuck in that room.

The check in process was seamless. Our room was exactly what I expected. Clean and well maintained hotel. There was a full hot breakfast every morning. The stay was great, but the staff customer service was Phenomenal! Each front desk worker was so kind and pleasant. Ms Nancy even surprised my family with a special Easter Bunny delivery of an Easter basket for my 7 year old. That made such a special surprise moment and memory for my family. Thank you to each staff member for your excellent care: Angela, Jasmine, Ms Nancy and manager.

Just needed a place to lay our heads one night while visiting Sarasota. Hotel conveniently located off I75. Looks like lots of restaurants nearby. Place was clean and inviting. Was Easter Sunday evening. Some families with kids enjoying the pool. Family friendly hotel
