It was very nice clean and breakfast was great. My kids loved it they had time to be on the pool very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and spacious. It's close to everything you might need, fastfood, grocery store and shopping. Great place.

Clean and quiet hotel. Nothing too extravagant but it was perfect for what we wanted just for one night for our family to feel comfortable enough to stop for the night at.

Found a baby roach in the room & then couldn’t sleep because I was sure there was going to be more. Searched the whole room & didn’t find anything else but so gross. They also tried to charge me $50 for dirty towels…I guess they don’t wash towels?

The location was conveniently located with a number of various quick service restaurants close by. Parking was ample, atmosphere was quiet. However, the facility has roaches. I’m not sure if it’s because they are making upgrades but there were roaches in my room. I spoke with the front desk staff who did their best to accommodate me and change my room. They were understanding and polite. It didn’t change the fact that roach powder that was put down was visible on the floor-wall junctions, main staircase, and behind equipment in multiple areas, which is unsafe especially when I have small children traveling with me. After they finish upgrading the facility and correct their pest problem, I’m sure things would be more enjoyable.

Real bad experience ac was leaking destroyed my kids and my wife clothes we all had to pal in one room due to they didn't come to 3pm the next day and then started leaking later that night

Arrived later in the evening after 7p and was tried with 3 kids and they were cleaning my room!!! I wasn't happy. I have a 7 week old baby and to go all the way back down stair from the 4th floor. She checked in 2 other people while I was standing there and they got there rooms right away on the 1st floor. I just canceled my whole stay!! Don't understand why??? Why were they cleaning a room that late at night. The pictures looked different from actual hotel. It looked so run down. The floor we were staying on look even worse. Smelled like mold. Was not happy!!!!

Hotel was being renovated and tgere were no warning beforehand. Took 50 minutes to check -in because there were no rooms ready. No hot water (luke warm) and the room looked like it was next to be torn down and remodeled. Shower head leaked and not caulked. Sketchy people hanging around the hotel (both inside and outside). Not family friendly whatsoever!

I am upset with Expedia for not informing us that the property was under heavy construction black plastic was taped on to windows no baseboards no carpet in halls if I had know this hotel was in this condition we would of stayed else where 250 a night you got to be kidding me

Not great, booked a two bed room with a pull out couch last minute on the hotels app. We only needed one night to be closer to the airport to get sleep before our flight. When we got to the hotel our room had two beds but no pull out couch or additional sleeping. We had 6 people in our party ( 4 kids, 2 adults) So we ended up sharing two beds as they said they did not even have any rooms with pull out couches.
