The staff was very helpful in all aspects of the hotel especially with information about where my grandkids would like to go for entertainment

Our room very nice, big and clean. Location is excellent. Staff was great. Perfect for our family vacations.

Was clean, decent beds,my daughter and I both just had such a hard time breathing in the room we stayed 7 days. Breakfast is the same old cheap free breakfast not appealing to me but Cracker Barrel is right next door. I did asked to be moved to another room but they were not able to help unless it was a smaller room and there is 5 in our family so that was a no. I will probably not stay at this type again unless I have too.

The rooms where as pictured online and where clean. We usually bring our own cleaning supplies when we stay in a hotel and clean the room when we first arrive; this room had nothing to show on the towels when we cleaned it because it was already cleaned so well. We were impressed with how well it was kept up. The front desk workers were helpful, polite, and always willing to answer any questions we had. 😊 The breakfast had a good selection and the worker was always willing to put more food out upon request even if it was 15 minutes before they close breakfast down. My whole family really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely come back again.

My family and I loved this hotel!!!! I loved the amazing greeting and friendliness from Sarah at the front desk!!! Rooms weee clean, very spacious for me and the kids! Love the atmosphere, the lobby is so vibrant and well lit! Pool area so nice!!! We will definitely be back! I rate it a 10/10!

For the most part, the property was clean. Our bed smelled sour, though. The kind of smell that you get when you leave your wet clothes in the washer and forget to move them to the dryer. Every time my husband or I moved in the bed last night, the sour smell hit my nose. I slept very little because I found myself grossed out. I’m fairly certain that the smell came from the comforter and I’m completely certain that it came from my pillow. But I couldn’t bring myself to sniff more thoroughly. I just kept thinking of all the times that many of us ponder how often the comforter at a hotel gets washed. I feel like I stumbled onto an answer last night that I really didn’t want to know. The smell in the bed made me wonder just how clean all of the bedding really is. Maybe we could have switched rooms. But by the time I discovered the smell, it was close to 11 pm and both of my children were already sleeping after a long day of driving. When I arrived at the desk on our way out, there didn’t seem to be a person in charge that was available. I explained the bedding situation to the staff member that showed up (maybe she was working the breakfast buffet/spread?) and she nodded but I didn’t walk away with confidence that the bedding was going to get a thorough washing. At check in and check out, the front desk staff was too busy to be welcoming or helpful. Next time we’re in Pensacola, we’ll stay somewhere else.

Checked in and went up to our room and it was occupied. Had to carry bags and 4 children back down to front desk and wait 30 minutes for them to figure out what to do. This was almost midnight. Finally gave us a different room. Should have been handled differently.
