Hotel met expectations. Not fancy but it gets the job done for a family vacation. Had a great rate, beach front, what’s not to like. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.

This hotel was great for a family of 5 with smaller kids. You could walk everywhere or stay on the property and have plenty to do! The only “complaint” I have is that the room wasn’t fully cleaned, or at least thoroughly cleaned when we had checked in, as I found a dried contact lens on the bathroom floor.

I will never stay there again. It was loud. The 2 children in the next room squealed all hours of the day and into the evening. I upgraded to a balcony room over the beach for $50.00 per night. I had already paid through Hotels.com, but the hotel recharged me the full amount instead of the $50.00 per night for the upgrade. The desk clerk could not get the system to work, so he took my email to send my receipt. I never received it, and I called 3 days after I checked out. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I called Hotels.com and they are working on getting me the refund. At this point, I have paid double for my room.

Got to the hotel, the rooms AC was not working. After an hour of them trying to figure it out, they decided to put us in a different room. The next night at 8:30pm we had a banging at our door and it was the front desk. They said “we have been trying to reach you because you are not suppose to be in this room and we need to put someone that paid for this room in here.” What? She then said that “I’ve been calling the number on file to get you moved, with no answer.” I said “I am on VACATION and don’t even know where my phone is. We have been on the beach all day, enjoying our stay. I don’t keep my phone near me when I’m on vacation because I have to be on it everyday while at work.” The lady was so extremely rude and just kept saying “you have to move. You didn’t pay for this room and we have someone waiting who did.” I’m not one to complain, but the entire ordeal was absolutely ridiculous. On top of it all, the last day when we were checking out all of the elevators broke and were being serviced. I have no issue using the stairs, but while lugging all of our families luggage down the stairs was just the icing on the cake for this stay at the Hampton Inn. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The pool area needs updated and more family friendly. The breakfast was very nice. Some of the staff didn't seem too knowledgeable.

My family and I had a great experience at Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach. Breakfast was different and delicious everyday. My family and children felt safe and the hotel had easy access to the beach and shopping areas were walking distance. We will definitely will be staying for future visits!

For the price i would expect the foom to be cleaned daily. The practice here is every other day no exceptions. The included breakfast was pretty bad. They advertised a tiki bar but it was only open in the heat of the afternoon on a patio with no shade and one umbrella. They charge a $15 daily parking fee, not mentioned on their website. On our last day of 4 we found out we could have used the Hilton pool next door which was shaded. Never mentioned prior. Ladies room in lobby closed for cleaning the entire stay with no info on where a working one was. Tv by breakfast room showed R rated movie in the evening. Really disappointed. We come yearly to visit family and expected a Hampton Inn to have standards. First and last time at this hotel. Makes me think twice about Hilton as well.
