Loved it! Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice :) The walls were a little thin, but that's to be expected! There was a family above our room that was very loud, so that might have just been them. I get it though, because they had a bunch of little kids. Great stay regardless!

The stay was satisfactory. The kids and I were grateful for the breakfast which was included. Nice and clean accommodations. The kids loved the pool. Kind staff, especially Agnes, she was the best! The only negative for me, was not having the room cleaned, towels and toiletries replaced each day. You had to ask for these things and they did accommodate, as I stated, you have to ask first.

Easy check in and check out process, Room was clean, great for families! We enjoyed the breakfast options, staff was friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back.

Everything was OK except for the people staying in there. I have children and they were complaining all the time so now I will never stay in that place again.

The location was on point, breakfast was descent. The staff was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. The noise from the children running above us was awful. I reported the running and was told they would see what they could do, but the running continued.

Very clean comfortable, my family was very happy. One of the best places to stay in pcb! Lots of activities for the kids around close within walking distance.

we reserved three rooms for our family, we were put next door to each other and across the hall, very convenient. what a fun time we had thanks to comfort suites panama city. we will be back to enjoy your hospitality and beautiful hotel.

Bed linen was dirty had hair both on top of sheets and under . Changed rooms and that bed had a urine stain and hair. Front desk had to come in and change the sheets on both beds. They obviously don’t change the linen after each guest. Once the linen was changed we had a nice time. Pool water was actually green not blue. Not sure why we didn’t swim in it but a couple others did. Most parents didn’t let their kids get in it.

Our first night was ok no real issues my son felt he saw a bedbug on the sleeper couch but wasn’t sure so it was no big deal on Sunday morning at 3 am I woke up to find all 3 of my children piled up together in a corner when I asked what was going on they informed me that there was a bedbug in the bed on the pillow. I walked over to the bed and sure enough there was a bedbug there. I am non confrontational being as though we were checking out hours later I didn’t speak on it as we had stayed the majority of our expected stay.
