Staff was great and very helpful. Everything was great, I took off a star because I tried to use the tub option to wash my baby but the drain was full of so much hair that the plug couldn't go in. It was kind of gross, please clean out the tub drain!

It was super close to the stadium that my son was playing in. Rooms are a very comfortable size for a family of 4.

Property was clean, well-managed, and well-maintained. It was located in a very nice area. I felt safe staying there and arriving late at night and parking my car in the parking lot. The hotel was quiet and we all slept really well. The breakfast downstairs each morning was good and made my kids happy. We'd definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel in the past when visiting family in the area but overall the service is not as good. When housekeeping would clean the room they would forget to leave any towels. Not only once but the last two nights they forgot towels. When I called the front desk I didn't even get an apology just "I'll try to get you some." Try, are you kidding me? Even upon check in I had to wait because the staff was to busy joking around in the back and couldn't hear anyone at the counter. I even looked for a bell like the movies so I could check in. Next time we are visiting family we will choose another hotel instead of this one.
