Veronica, the front desk receptionist was the best hands down! The facility was clean, the pool was clean, and the breakfast options were good for all family members. The only bad experience was when one of the housekeeping ladies cleaned our room while we were out at Disney that morning, she saw an empty cigar pack in our trash that my husband threw away that morning. She took a picture of it and sent to the front desk clerk on duty stating that we were smoking in the room which we did not. They automatically placed a $250 hold on our credit card. We were notified about it after they had already took the money. We didn't get things cleared up, until the receptionist Veronica came back to work on our day of checkout and had informed us that the housekeeping manager also went to our room and said our room was clear of smoke and that we in fact had not smoked in the room. Other than that incident we really enjoyed ourselves and will use this hotel in the future. We did not use the shuttle bus to the Disney parks because the times were a little late for the times we wanted to go.

My family and i were in town for a week for my daughter’s dance competition. I chose this location because it was centralized from all the different locations we wanted to visit. The staff was super friendly and helpful, housekeeping was amazing, the property was clean and impeccable. As busy as the hotel was they never ran out of breakfast options in the mornings and everything was super clean always. The parks were 5-10 mins away and they offer shuttle services. We only used the shuttle to Disney and that was ok. The pick up at the end of the night is pretty late, suggest you Uber to avoid the late pick up. I would definitely keep this hotel in mind for our next Orlando stay.

The property was well run, staff was responsive to any concern or question we had. The breakfast was perfect for our group of seniors and young children. Rooms were clean and modern, I will stay there again

Very family friendly. The staff wrnt above and beyond tonaccomodate my family needs. Veronica ( front desk) personally check on us, making us feel welcome. The food was excellent. From the snacks to the breakfast buffet. The staff is on target making sure guest have a variety of choices. Would recommend and come back to this exact location. It is between Disney and Universal. Near by a much less crowded mall/shopping area. Plenty of dinning choices for all budgets.

Amazing for our weekend trip to Disney! Rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious! Buffet breakfast was amazing, 10/10 Mickey Mouse waffles were the best for my toddler!

I reserved three rooms for my family of six recently for our three day stay. Room 317 was nice just smelled horribly like urine. The other two rooms were great until you turned the shower on then it had a sewage smell. Breakfast options were great, my husband really hoped one of the weekend days there would have been bacon. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would I stay here again.. Absolutely just maybe in different rooms.

We stayed with family members for a total of 11 people using 4 rooms and the staff was excellent even providing all our rooms on the same floor. The breakfast was very nice.

Breakfast was amazing!! They had a full spread of toast, bagels, muffins, cereals, waffles (Mickey shaped, of course!), fruit, oatmeal, juices, teas, coffee (tea and coffee was 24 hours) and then had eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and they had french toast sticks the one day we were there. Served from 7 until 10. They had a little store on site for personal items since you know you always forget something and then drinks, snacks, and little souvenirs/stuffed animals. They offered shuttles to the parks and the schedule was posted at the front desk and we were made aware of it and everything else offered upon check-in from the fabulous front desk attendant. We rented a car so we didnt use the shuttles. Another front desk attendant found out we had a long day of travel while we were checking out and packed my kids some water bottles and a couple snacks and very attentively listened to my son tell her about his day at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. They have full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion so you don't have to continually ask for more tiny bottles. Grounds were beautiful and clean. Pool was small if you're looking for someplace big (we weren't and it was perfect for the little bit of time we spent there). All the staff we interacted with were so pleasant. I booked this hotel because the one we usually stay at didnt have a hot tub. I got the hot tub I wanted and so much more. We will definitely be back!
