We were stuck in Orlando due to our plane being delayed, and while this looked like a beautiful hotel on their website, when our family of 8 arrived the hotel was undergoing massive construction. The continental breakfast was terrible, the shuttle driver arrive late and didn’t load anyone’s bags so my 30 year old son loaded 20 plus bags while the driver watched. And then she was upset because he wouldn’t sit down but the shuttle was so full that people were sitting on each others laps. The pool looks massive in the pictures but was so small. The elevators seemed like they were going to fall, and every guest commented that they were afraid to ride them. Plus, we paid $1300 for two rooms for two nights and we’re charged double for “incidentals” even though we were told that it was a $50 dollar hold per room (which we were also charged for.) We are still waiting after a week to have the $1300 credited back to our credit card. The staff was friendly, but one of our bathroom toilets leaked on the floor every time you flushed, and in my sons room the microwave was on the floor as there was no table. For $300 a night and the pictures online, we were all very disappointed.

Good location to stay before heading to the airport. They offer long-term parking and have a shuttle too. An extra bonus is the nearby park (2 min walk) with a small playground where the kids can burn off some steam before travelling.

The young guy who seemed to be in charge at night is an awesome kid- perfect for this industry

Good comfortable stay with my toddler. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very accommodating. The only bummer is that you have to pay for parking.

My family and I was stuck on the carnival liberty due to the hurricane we called to reschedule the date of arrival because we couldn’t be there tried contacting Expedia and we contacted the Hyatt the receptionist said she would let the manager know and they would email me the confirmation for the next day stay no one emailed me. I called the next day and Hyatt wanted to charge me double the price for the stay and said they don’t recall me making a change to the arrival date so I just want a refund because we had no control over not being able to get off the cruise ship due to hurricane Ian

I like that it was clean and quiet, close to everything I wanted to visit, staff are friendly. It will make it a perfect stay if they add microwave to the rooms. I recommend this for a 2 to 3 day stay only special if you are with children.

I will start by saying staff was great. If it rains and you want to be in the room you paid for during the day at this hotel, GOOD LUCK. Housekeeping tries to come to your room EVERY DAY. Thats fine. Television channels are VERY limited...mostly news & sports. The construction noise is absolutely outrageous. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL CONSTRUCTION IS FINISHED! PLEASE, SAVE YOUR MONEY. I fell into this trap and there were multiple days i wished i were back at home. The breakfast was poor. They serve your plate for you from another room. You end up w/very little hot food. The staff tried, though. My toilet had multiple problems during my stay. My housekeeper fixed it on day 2, but by day 7 the problems were back. I feel cheated. A stay at a super 8 would've been better. The Walls at this hotel are very thin. There is no peace here! I stayed for 8 nights and asked for a top floor room. I didn't get one. I got running children's footsteps above me, though. Im hoping my experience can at least save someone else the headache. Even when their remodeling ends, i would NOT stay here again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and have had consistently excellent results every time. Breakfast was decent… similar to most other hotels. Rooms are spacious and have a great layout for a family. Shuttle service is awesome… Love how they’re willing to take you to local restaurants/shopping, while storing your luggage. But what makes this hotel the best and the one we keep choosing for our Orlando trips is its people. Every person working there has the best customer service. They are all so accommodating and helpful. On this last trip, due to excessive holiday traffic at the airport, the airport shuttle had not returned by the time we were scheduled to leave. We had allowed ourselves plenty of time, but the gentleman working the desk was so kind to arrange for an Uber transport in lieu of their shuttle and the hotel paid for it. He said they are committed to having our transportation ready when we had requested it. We really thought this was above and beyond service. There are a lot of airport hotels in the same area as this Hyatt Place, however, our family will continue to choose this one for our many visits to the Orlando area. Thank you, Hyatt Place Orlando Airport, for continuing to serve so well.
