I have been staying at this hotel since 2007 and it has always been a great experience. I did note that there were a few staff members at the front desk who were a little rude or short with their answers to questions. This is usually never the case. I guess it was an off day for these employees. Also, very random: the fire alarm went off twice at 5am on Sunday. Quite the surprise but at least both times, we returned back inside quickly. The fire department arrived to the hotel in no time. Thankfully both times were false alarms. Regardless, my family always enjoys their stay and this time was no exception. I’ll forward to coming back.

The front desk clerk Nick was so accommodating and kind! Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful!! Facilities were great!! Happy hour at Shula’s was very nice as was breakfast with Dylan!! The pool was lovely until the loud children came!!

Great staff, super clean, nice shuttle to beach, only thing I would recommend is a car. You will need yo venture out for food etc especially with kids:)

Property is very nice and clean ,staff is also very nice ,the only problem we had was in the restaurant because the staff there allowed people with kids to run around the tables while customers were serving breakfast or other meals . the kids were thrashing the restaurant and everybody was afraid to say something so wont hurt feelings. This should not be allowed anywhere 1

The hotel front desk was wonderful and pleasant. It was clean, calm, and friendly. For a family the pool was perfect! The indoor steak house restaurant was perfect! The waitress was wonderful and friendly. The room had everything we needed. My family gave it good reviews.
