My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like a home away from home. We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach front villa. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views and clean facility, new owners took over the entire property with their kids on our last day. Hard to enjoy when there are kids yelling and screaming everywhere

Stay was pleasant, office girls were very nice and allowed us to pre-check in prior to room being ready. Kayak and paddle boards being free to use was great for kids and pool was decent size. Overall was great, only negative was we booked a ocean view king room, the room we received was a stretch to be classified as "ocean view". If "ocean view" is important to you be sure to clarify before booking.

If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, then this is it. If you're wanting a sandy beach for swimming, then this is not it. Lots of brown sea algae on the water. The water is only about 3 feet deep for about 300 yards out, which is great for snorkeling and kayaking. They do offer free bikes and kayaks which is also a nice addition. Rooms are nice and clean. If you're expecting a Ritz Carlton, the keep looking. This was actually my 19 old kids favorite place to stay on the trip. Was able to see Manatees and Tarpon in the water while kayaking. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a great place for everyone. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the dock, watching the waves, seaplanes, birds and ships go by.It was a nice end to a hot day. There are many things for families to do also ...snorkle,use the kayaks, swim in the pool, use the grills for cookouts or sit on the sand and make sandcastles.....we liked it so much we are thinking of having a family reunion there next year!!!!

Great hotel for the money. Very convenient and laid back atomsphere. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dock. The room was perfect and the kitchen was great. We made our own breakfast and lunch everyday. This was great because our kids never wanted to get out of the water. Having a freezer was a bonus, because we were able to bring our fresh catch back and cook it. We froze the rest and purchase a cooler to bring the rest home. Our caption prepped our fish for us. It was delicious.

4 out of 5 stars

This is not a five star kind of place, but ,for the kind of place it is, they do a lovely job. They were kind, helpful and flexible, everything was clean and it was just a 'normal" kind of place in the Keys, which can veer tacky . It was nice to have a kitchen, I kind of screwed up with two big kids along and got a cottage with just one big room, but it was classy and comfortable and they could not have been more helpful. Islamorada is a good distance away from Key West madness, we dipped into that and came back. Nice job, thank you.
