We got the two bedroom ocean front since we wanted a balcony. It was the size of a condo and would be great for families with children or extra guests. The pool area was nice. The only negative thing I can say is the music from the restaurant below the unit we stayed in was very loud until at least 11:30 pm.

Suite was alittle dated with a few areas that needs repairs to the walls....but had everything we needed to make our families stay great. 2 spacious bedrooms and a huge family area. And the beds were very cozy and comfortable.

This was actually a really nice place to stay at. I had mix emotions due to the reviews but it turned out really good. The bed is super soft and I slept like a baby that I didn’t even hear my alarm. I would book again.

Pros: Location was prime. I enjoyed walking around Ocean Dr. Everything was close in proximity. I do have to say the staff was great. Our thermostat went out the second day we were there and it was fixed promptly. Staff are very kind and accommodating. I found a baby cockroach in our bathroom, so I was a little concerned about cleanliness. The hairdryer in our bathroom had hair in it, and was broken. Floor was dusty. Cleanliness was just ok. Towels were fresh and laundered, sheets on bed were good as well, but the bed was not the most comfortable. I only needed a place to sleep, we were out most of the day, so with that in mind, it was ok. Overall, 3/5.

The hotel room was really dirty. The floor, refrigerator, tables and chairs were not cleaned. They didn’t come clean the room until the 3rd day after our requests. There were lots of insects including roaches in the room. We will never ever stay here again. You hear some loud music from the street sometimes at night so not family friendly. The benefits: The location was convenient. The room and the refrigerator were big. There are plates and cutlery.

It was a horrific experience for my family. We even called the reception to let them know we are arriving. Nonetheless, we arrived only to find out the suite room was not clean with human feces in the bathroom and sheets were all used. The management did not attempt to clean the room. There were no acailable rooms for me and my family. I do not recommend their customer service at all. The place is not family friendly
