Great location and parking is free. My family and I stood for 6nights and the staff only cleaned twice.

Hotel is in middle of parking area for a shopping outlet (about half of the stores are empty). There is one on-site restaurant with ok food but long wait -- not much else around for dinner. The hotel is ok with some tired furnishings and decor. The registration desk was unable to locate our reservation and it took 40 minutes online with hotels.com and two calls from hotels.com to the manager to get them to honor the reservations. This was a party for my family so very stressful to have everyone waiting an hour in the lobby trying to find out where we would stay. Very overpriced as well. Value is about half the price.
