We loved the location and walkability to Time Square and the beach. They are still under construction from Ian, but that didn’t really bother us. Our room was decent, a bit dated, but comfortable. Pool is very small, hope they add another with the construction!
Biggest issue was no elevator, which they did make known when booked. It was just a lot to carry suitcases up and down 3 flights. I would like to see that be a priority to get fixed!
All in all, it was just me and my husband so it was a good location and good time, but I don’t think I’d consider it for children.

For the price, it wasn't a bad property. I would stay here again. The Good: There are so many good places to walk to. The beach is really close and the pool is convenient. The 2 bed suite was spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly. The Mediocre: The floors were extremely dirty! The pool was too crowded on the weekend. The fire alarms for the whole building woke us up twice during the middle of the night with no explanation or apology. I had two visitors (roaches, but, it is Florida) during my stay. Over-all, it wasn't a horrible stay. If you are traveling with children, I would think twice. If you are super picky about cleanliness, I would hard pass on this one. They use the hurricane for an excuse for many things. But cleanliness isn't caused by a not so recent hurricane.

The area is still coming back from the hurricane in 2022. The hotel smells musty but I think it's hard for a hotel not to that is this close to the beach and with age. The pool is small and it's loaded with kids and it's loud under that tiki hut until late. I am not sure the bar and tiki hut that bring in lots of people not staying at the hotel make this the most kid friendly place. The tables and chairs on the balcony are a nice touch however sit in front of the AC vents that blows out hot air which feels like an oven in the summer time. The rooms are overall clean but could use just a little more detail in my opinion. I rather not see random hair from the last guest and they are not cleaning the room unless requested still working with little staff. The AC kicks and the room is a great temp. It's convenient to bars and restaurants and the beach. The room was spacious and updated. They suffer from an ant problem that I also heard other guests saying they had the same issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend but if you want something luxury this may not be it. It still has the feel of old FL which is not a bad thing!

Returned to our room late at night after a day out to find property with no power. No notification to us or others staying there. No note on office all closed no one to help or emergency contact. Had to find our own accommodations at midnight. The next day returned to find out from office staff they had underground electrical fire and were to be closed for several days. No assistance in finding other accommodations nor any empathy towards their neglect to contact us the previous day. Nothing provided as compensation for our now inconvenience to have had to find other accommodations for our trip spending much time on phones and moving to another property. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT!! We were not even apologized to , I asked why we were not contacted and was told she would have to do that at home and couldn’t she just worked there. Not able to obtain any management contact info. Terrible !! They also did this to another family with small children. We found out later they moved some people who had discovered the problem during the day and inquired and contacted another couple just arriving in that day to let them know there was no power. We were told the next day they had no rooms in their building next door then found later they moved the couple just arriving. Nothing done for the current occupants. Very very upset as we have been loyal patrons multiple times since hurricane ian. Wow just wow I can’t believe we were left in the dark literally.

Everyone was amazing and room was perfect! The loud music in the evenings was a blast but having a small child it was alittle too loud when when going to bed.

Arrived at 10pm pool open kids and adults in pool. Pool says closed at dusk! The tiki bar and pool seems to open to the public and was packed with neighborhood crowed. People were totally loaded. Noise was beyond loud and goes on till 2am. 5 cop cars, ambulance and fire truck arrived when we were trying to find the parking area. Drunk guy falling down drunk. Room...Floor was beyond filthy, pillows need to be replaced and the cover on the bed was so bad it felt like sand paper. Furnishings need replacing it looked as though they got everything at the second hand store and was dirty. Dirty sofa, headboard, kitchen table, some tiny dresser. All nasty. Never used the shower. Would not stay again.

I realize that this place was devastated by a hurricane a year and a half ago. But not fixing the elevator and having to walk up to the 3rd floor isn't good. If you are a party person, this place is for you! If you want to sleep or you have children that want to sleep, this is not your hotel.
They have live music in the center of the hotel until about 11or 12, then their Tiki Bar is open until 2am!
On the positive side, they have free parking and they are close to the beach.

While this may be okay for someone in their 20s, its definitely not for your 30s with 3 small children. Pool area was alright but they put us right next to the tiki bar- which normally would be fun but not with kids at 1 am. Then the dumpster pickup at 530 am, the floors were so dirty, our feet were black- the vents were hairy. I was told that i needed to notify maintenence and cleaning staff- no i came to the front desk. Cleaning staff only comes every 3 days which we did not know until we received an email during our flight but didnt actually read until we got to hotel. Our toilet was running so loud it sounded like a faucet was on.
