Super stoked about our trip to Lakeland this Easter weekend! Our hotel was amazing! Really clean as nd just what we were looking for. The kids enjoyed the breakfast and it great to see the staff place Easter eggs for the guest. Very welcoming!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise! Clean, comfortable, great service, clean area. The room layout was perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids). Breakfast has several hot options, plus cereals and pastries. Can’t ask for more from a free breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, including the closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Two things i found lacking: 1. Only two small drawers for clothing - no dresser & 2. Water pressure in bathroom sink was very low. I want to point out Housekeeping is stellar. The ladies were accommodating, professional yet personal. The front desk, breakfast staff and the gentleman at the bar made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will return when visiting FL & recommend Springhill Suites to family & friends.

The hotel was wonderful - clean, newer, and centrally located in Lakeland. Staff was great as well. If you plan on sleeping 5 like we did and using the pull out trundle, bring a thicker blanket because that was the only thing we wish we had. Also my kids asked would love a waffle maker at breakfast if you should ever consider it. We will be back!

Hotel full of ball kids. Lobby was LOUD upon check in. Kids playing bags & jumping around. Our room was clean & quiet. Breakfast was poor. Bisquits were rock hard. Bacon was so overcooked it crumbled. No eggs of any kind. Dissapointed for a 200$ room.

From the first time my family stepped into the hotel the service was exceptional. They accomadated us for early checkin as we had flown across the country. Breakfast had great choices and as i have special dietary needs, they even had optiins for me. My kids swam and my older daughter and I were able to use the fitness center. The area was safe and having multiple beds accommodated my teenage children so they didnt have to share beds. We're putting this one on the top of the list for next time.
