Disney is incredibly magical and Riverside is no exception. Has a resort feel, with multiple pools, activities for children and extensive grounds. Being able to take a boat ride to Disney Springs is a plus!

We paid extra for a princess room for a family of four! I guess if the family was dwarfs and only had one pair of clothing.. Waste of money. Definitely a two person room just cause you add an extra bed doesn’t mean it can fit more people. For the price I would of stayed at a better resort next time. Yikes

Port Orleans Riverside was beautiful! Perfect for a birthday weekend with family and friends. We took Disney transportation to dinner, swimming and other activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Just took my family for a lovely 2-night stay at the Disney Port Orleans Riverside resort. It was beautiful and had great amenities, plus the transportation to the Disney parks and Disney Springs was super convenient. The hotel room was very clean, and my 5 year old loved sleeping in the small pull-down Murphy bed. We had specifically requested that fifth sleeper room just so he could sleep in the Murphy bed, and Disney did accommodate us. Another big plus to our stay was that we were able to use our Disney app to do a mobile check-in/check-out without ever having to go to the lobby, and we used our Disney Magic Bands as the room keys. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Excellent resort, would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Port Orleans! It was a perfect place to stay with family. So much to do and very comfortable rooms. It made us feel a part of the Magic!

Everything was wonderful except for housekeeping. I was under the impression every other day the room would get a light cleaning. Came back after a long day at the parks to beds not made, trash not taken out and towels we used to shower with (some my kids had on the floor) folded and rehung. Overall it was great! We enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay at Riverside. This resort has a "nature feel". The children enjoyed the pool and boat ride. It's a big resort, so we didn't get to see everything on site. Rooms are clean and the (2) queen size beds are comfortable. Food selection is fine. Would definitely return!
