Crowne Plaza Key West-La Concha, an IHG Hotel

We paid $2,000 for two nights for two rooms. With that said the pros are convenience, free parking, LOCATION. The cons are the rooms are older and small (no big deal), construction noise (jack hammering from 8 am - ALL DAY) and is super loud. Our adult kids room looked into another persons room so they had zero natural light. For the price and our expedia membership, I had hoped for better. But the staff was super nice and liked interacting with the guests, the pool (3 ft deep) was shallow but refreshing and not crowded and location could not be beat. Overall, no regrets.

We were there with the family and had a total of 3 rooms. All rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the central location and will gladly come back to this hotel.

Excellent location in the heart of Duval Street. Pool, bar, Starbucks —- sounds perfect, right? They can’t control the tiny size of the bathroom. Ok for 2 but so wouldn’t want to have a family sharing such a small space. Staff was courteous and attentive to our needs.

To be quite honest i was dissapointed in the property…i really expected a whole lot more. To start off and this is probably the biggest issue I had was the beds…when i bookes this hotel and room it said the beds where a queen size…let me tell you that is not the case..the beds we had..at most were full size beds…our kida barey fit in one bed you can imagine two grown adults…not good…honestly had 5 days if crappy sleep. I was on the edge of those mattresses every night and couldnt even bend my legs because i would end up hitting my wife. The second thing was that from about 6-7 wall plugs in the room that i could see only two of them worked fine…one being in the restroomnd one by the window that looked out to the parking lot….all the plugs were so darn loose that none if the things we plugged in would latch on to the plug. In this day in age phones and cameras and everytning needs its own wire and plug. I would reccomend updating that. The third thing was the AC…i get its a tropical area but the only area that would get cold was the area right in front of the restroom and the bedroom door…the rest of the room was humid. The fourth thing was that no one ever came back to our room on the last two days we were there.. we had to go and see if we could get toilet paper for our room and it was never brought to us, we grabbed some from the cleaning carts and for two nights they never took out our trash…so we actually had to place it all in the hallway…even the day we checked out.

I’m very disappointed with our stay in the hotel, we travel in family with another friend family, 4 adults and 4 children ( details in the reservation), we request to be accommodate the nearest possible, the person in front desk said us that will be ok And give us the first room, the second room Was ready after 4 pm, the two rooms were really close (303 and 335) but the first room (303)had a shared door with other room, around 1:30 am the neighbors at 301 started their private party, and it’s ok and good for them, but the loud music at that time and then his extreme scandal in their sexual activities disturbed our sleep, we travel with children, also we request to be close with our friends that have children too, these rooms with shared doors are not private, congratulations to the neighbors but we could hardly sleep, it does not seem fair to me that asking the person at the front desk for an accommodation we had to spend such a bad time. In general the hotel is expensive and the location is fantastic, our disagreement is specifically with the type of room considering it was a family trip. We highly consider that you take into account the characteristics of your guests in the future, we, for example, do not plan to return to your facility

The breakfast's waitress was very rude, nothing polite, the worst esperience I ever had.I supposed to have a great vacations with my family ,NOT expected Cero hospitaly during my stay
