My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. However, on the weekends it tends to get a bit noisy. Don’t recommend for babies or kids that wake up easily. Needs some renovation work. Food was amazing and the lady in the breakfast area was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Smelled like wet towels or old washing machine in the room near bathroom. Nice location near UF. Had to pay $30 for parking (nuts) for that area. Breakfast was ehhh. Staff also ehh. Valet parking kids, nice.

We were in town for a family funeral. The staff went out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. The room was light and well-furnished and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The valet service was fast. Checkout was easy.

My family was in Gainesville for a University of Florida campus tour and basketball game. Although the hotel is in downtown Gainesville and a little way from campus, it was still close enough to be convenient. Our room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Breakfast was great. Even my teenager's appetite was satisfied. We will plan on staying here again.

We were there for a wedding. Despite construction in the area is was easy to find. Only problem was the parking 1/2 block away, that made it difficult for members of our party who were disabled to get to parking lot easily. I became a real problem was during the art show, the front door was blocked by the show. We were not able to pick up and drop off our family members who were unable to walk to the parking lot. I would think that the hotel would be more helpful for those who were registered in the "handicap "rooms.

Multiple beds in room worked great for family of 4
