This is an upscale motel with walk out exterior rooms. The property is very small. Upper floors are a walk up. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms remodeled, however our bathtub had a 2 foot base so extremely difficult to get into. My other family did have a walk in shower. Lady at desk for check in very sweet. Expensive area within walking distance to beach.

We took a chance on this not so name brand hotel. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and the room was a great size for our family for one night before embarking on a cruise. It could definitely be cleaned more thoroughly- build up on the faucet handles in the bathroom was the biggest ick I noticed. The only thing that put me off was how small the bathroom is with zero counter space. Other than that, the view is perfect with a huge balcony to enjoy it on! Walking distance to a few restaurants and a block from the beach.

What a great experience our family had staying at Elita! We enjoyed the upgrade to the room, the nespresso coffee, comfy beds, heated pool Nd walking distance to the beach. Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Will stay with the family again! Great prices on the rooms also.

The location was great - a short block to the beach! The two room suite was perfect for a family of five, including teenagers. Clean, modern, soft comfortable beds, great AC and really helpful, kind staff! Only feedback is an attention to detail in the bathroom for storing items in shower and a few more amenities in the kitchen such as towels for dishwashing, more coffee, etc. We would definitely book again.

Overall, a great location. The beach is across the street. The floors weren't mopped/cleaned properly and our kids feet were quite gross from them walking barefoot in our room. We stayed in one of the penthouses and the balcony rails need to be welded back on, as they are broken. A child could easily fall through.

Staff are friendly, quite except for our last night. Our neighbor next door we’re so loud even after midnight already. Overall it’s great . Very cozy for family.

We had a great visit. Elita is definitely a very clean, cute, quaint boutique. Staff were all super nice and friendly. Despite the lil mishaps. We enjoyed all of it. It is one block from the beach and very close walk to all fun places. We would go again for sure and send all family and friends to stay there.

The front desk staff in the morning, top notch. They accommodated us, saw we had a toddler and rushed our room. We understand that it is not always possible to get us in early, but the effort went a long way. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back for a longer stay!!
