Beachside Hotel & Suites

We loved this place!! A little older but very clean and friendly. The grandkids loved the lazy river better than a pool! We’d definitely come here again!

Such a wonderful place for a family stay. Kids loved the sand area, lazy river and lawn games. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal

For the price, it couldve been better. We stayed 5 days & never saw any of the kids events take place. We did the short 5 minute walk to the beach & saw sea turtles laying their eggs & returning to the ocean. awesome. We were double/triple charged at the bar. First the waitress had me pay there (which went through), then she came to us to change something because they were out, told me the card didn't go through, & were supposed to take it off, & didn't. Then after a fiasco of a kid pooping in the lazy river (which is more like a walking river) & everyone having to leave, I realized the bar still had my card. I went down to retrieve & was charged again! I didn't catch the charges until the next morning & they REFUSED to refund my money saying it had already gone through & they couldn't. The manager eventually came to me & said that everything would be free that day. We had other plans that I had to change to try & recoup my money. So this waitress made almost $100 in tips with all the charges & tips & the restaurant made money too. WATCH YOUR CHARGES. There werent ever any of the chairs, boogey boards, etc because people wouldn't return them & would keep them their entire stay. The breakfast is good but after 5 days it was the same old same old. Thank goodness there a Starbucks within walking distance because their coffee is horrible. As a former lifelong resident of this county, Im ashamed of the antics of this hotel & will never go back. Parking is small.

This place is cute and affordable for being so close to the beach. It is very family friendly and we really appreciated the perks with Expedia VIP status. The beach is a short walk away, many restaurants and shops around, and they also have a very convenient bar and restaurant on site. The pool can get a little congestion at times but it’s very nice. My only minor complaint was the walls are a bit thin and we heard some things in the late evening hours that I’m glad my kids we’re already asleep to not hear. Lol. We also heard our neighbors kids up and laughing /screaming at 7 am. Mind you this is just to make potential guests aware, it really wasn’t a problem for us. The included breakfast buffet was pretty good also , with hot and cold food options available including make your own waffles with yummy toppings like fruit and Nutella, lots of juices and pastries , muffins etc. I like the place and will definitely return as an Orlando local, we visit Cocoa quite often as it’s our closest beach at under an hour to drive. Great stay, and I will add it was a holiday weekend and still clean/ organized!

We were ao impressed with this hotel. I would go back just to eat their amazing breakfast buffet. The pool is amazing and they even have an area with sand and toys for the kiddos. Their breakfaat buffet has lots of pastries, yogurt, bagels, nutella, oatmeal, so much more than we expected!

This place was amazing. Room was wonderful, clean, and spacious. Pool/lazy river was so much fun for my family. The staff was terrific and helpful and breakfast was perfect.

Although this property is a bit on the older side and lacks the curb appeal some of the other properties in Cocoa Beach offer, it more than makes up for it with the amenities and fantastic staff! It is 2 doors away from Ron Jon’s and the beach access is across the street. They say 300 feet but it’s probably closer. The beach is wonderful. The hotel offers umbrellas and boogie boards at no cost. In the center of the hotel is a lazy river/pool with an outdoor large screen television. They play kids movies in the evening. A big hit with my family. The rooms were a little dated but very clean. The staff was exceptional. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit!

We loved this hotel for a 2 night stay in a deluxe room. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the lazy river, artificial grass play area with games and free wifi. A lovely relaxed feel to the hotel with really close access to beach. Breakfast is really good with lots of choice, our favourite was the waffles. Loads of nearby food and shop options in walking distance. A good choice for hotel for a visit to nearby Kennedy Space Centre which we visited during our stay.

Love it here. Resort style without the prices. Never have to leave once you're here. Feels like family. Best place on the Cocoa strip.

Great family friendly hotel. Close to the beach, restaurants and Ron Johns surf shop. Can't wait to visit again.
