Great pet and children friendly

The location was perfect for families with children. The playground and splash pad is less than 5 minutes walking distance. The place was super clean with great customer service. I will definitely stay here again.

It was nice being along the riverwalk and the kids loved the pool. It was nice having the breakfast and evening food options.

To start with we had a 5 year with us and we went to turn on the tv and the volumn was at 100 and would not lower, they brought in 4 remotes none of which would turn it down. We had to pack up everything and move rooms not being able to feed the kid till 9pm. The new room we looked out to see the balcony and it was a rooftop with cig. Butts all over it. The ac stayed 10-15 degrees hotter than what we set it on. Next day we come back from the beach can’t get In our room had to have the card reprogrammed that did not work they had to change out the battery in the door lock. We were offered dinner as a I’m sorry. The best part about it was the 2 elevators were fairly quick. We asked for a room with a view of the river to be told it was under construction which it does not stat that when reserving. Staff was for the most part friendly.

We booked and paid extra for a junior suite with "pool view and extended balcony". We did not get a pool view and there is no such thing as an extended balcony as they are all Juliette balconies with no room for chairs or humans. Absolutely no help from hotel staff. Traffic around the area is absolutely horrendous. Thought there would be shops and restaurants on the riverwalk. Nothing like that. Tiny bar and a few tables comprise their "restaurant" in the hotel. Hotel rooms in great need of updating. Chairs and couch most uncomfortable. Would not stay again. Better options available in the area.

The property was really nice and clean . Overall it was a good place to stay with my family.

Th Gentleman at the main desk was very friendly and helpful. I loved being on the Riverwalk and being able to walk and bike the area safely and conveniently. I also loved the pool and jacuzzi and garden area. My whole family slept very well in the beds.

Nice right on the Riverwalk, bistro was good, desk people were very courteous. Last 2 nights there were noisy kids in hallway and room next door, not your fault, just irritating.

Although the time my family and I spent here was short we enjoyed the unexpected value and hospitality of this hotel.
