Had an amazing experience. Doing a quick vacay with family. I as able to cancel one night even though I booked through a 3rd party.

Let me just say the staff here was wonderful. Upon arrival to our room, it was immediately obvious it hasn’t been cleaned. Floors were dirty, bed was messy. The staff was immediately apologetic and got us a different room. Unfortunately, one with a bathtub for our baby wasn’t available. The new room was a little bit cleaner, but night by much. The dining chairs had some kind of paint or food stuck on them. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned maybe ever. The kitchen cabinet doors looked like they were barely wiped down. The bed was hastily made. Toilet needed a better scrub. Not the most comforting level of cleanliness I would expect. I wore socks because the floors looked dirty. If you need to feel like your hotel room is clean in order to sleep, don’t stay here.

I was not aware that this was a pet friendly hotel, not clearly stated on the website like others in the area, so I was a bit put off seeing dogs walking down the hallway and around the property (leashed and unleashed). The room was comfortable, shower floor not the cleanest. Breakfast was good, friendly staff members ready to assist as needed. Saltwater pool was great until the Second Day****** An elderly woman who utilizes a rolling walker got into the pool defecated while in the pool, pulled it out of her swimsuit and placed the feces aside the handicap lift. My family immediately jumped out of the pool to inform management. Cindy Price- GM initially responded “Yes, we are aware of that guest”. Not the response we looking for, eventually housekeeping verified “the evidence” then closed the pool.
