Vail's Mountain Haus

The condo was amazing and great for families. Very spacious. I would book again with a large party but I did find the condo a little dated. The linens on the bed were great and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, etc.

Awesome location. We loved our balcony. A wonderful weekend. Only negative was very screechy and loud kids at the pool. Otherwise a great stay!!!

Great place to stay with small kids as they provide cribs and sound machines. The only thing is no AC in the buildings so it was a little bit on a hot side during the daytime even though fans were provided.

Everything about our stay here. It was perfect! I came with my two best friends for skiing weekend in Vail. We absolutely would stay here again. The staff are so kind and do everything to make sure we were comfortable during our weekends day. There’s a Ski Shop downstairs that is awesome as well and it’s so nice and kind and family owned. It was really nice to have a steam and sauna at the hotel as well to warm up after a long day on slopes. And it is so centrally located that it’s walking distance to everything you need! I loved it I would absolutely return and can’t wait to come back!

Unit 565 was surprisingly nice for a property that has been around for awhile. Clearly owned by a ski family based on the pictures displaying many fun times. Well stocked and everything functioned without issue. I would seek out this unit again in the future.

The property was located in a perfect sport in Vail Village. The room was very clean, but we were put right on the first floor next to the engineering office. The outside area had all weeds and was overgrown. The trash trucks came right outside our unit at 7am. The room above must have had wood floors and all night and day we heard little children running around. There was no air conditioning. For a $500 a night room I couldnt believe there was no air conditioning with weather hitting the 80s while we were there. They provided box fans which were super loud and kept falling down. The front desk staff were so unfriendly. They never greeted us anytime during our 3 night stay and the one request we had was to extend a 10am checkout which was denied. We will not only never stay here again, but we won’t recommend them to others.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom was perfect for pur family of 4. We used all amenities of the property and were very pleased. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We loved that we could cook and stay in or go right outside to eat out.
