Front desk was very friendly very nice. Walk to our room and did not smell well. That’s more comfortable kitchen staff in the morning. We woke up late. They were putting breakfast away still served as they were very nice very friendly to still serve us. The pool was closed today and wanted to take the kids swimming so that was a disappointment ever since 530 this morning I heard probably 30 doors slam shot. I don’t know if it was the staff or people, but the room are very thin and you can hear everything up several times due to slamming up doors and below and above me stopping feet overall the staff is the best part of the hotel

Property is not being well maintained. Hall carpets worn and dirty. Bath mat absolutely disgusting, torn, had a child’s writing on it and looked dirty. No personal supplies whatsoever available in “store “ and minimal poor food choices. Lobby cookies only available once in 4 day visit. Both elevators totally nonfunctional last day of stay and had to get suitcases down four levels with no assistance offered by front desk probably because always only one person available for front desk. Fortunately front desk very friendly and helpful with routine requests. Won’t stay here again

Its always great to syay here. This is my go to place when i have to come to town. The staff is always so friendly anf the hotel is clean. Love the gym and they do have an indoor pool that kids sure seem to enjoy. Good value. There IS some construction next door, which is ugly, but its also temporary!

The front desk staff were amazing. The issues I had were with breakfast being taken down early, my child finding a previous tenants vape in our room and how worn the pool looked.

Me and my two kids booked this place as it was conveniently located not too far from a tournament we were going to. We checked in around 8 pm and had no time to really review the room. Upon arrival the hotel smelled unpleasant and of burnt rubber there seem to be drug deals going on in the parking lot, with no regard for safety of anybody’s family we soon decided to leave and get something to eat, and when we came back and actually looked into our room, the mattress bed spread had blood on it. There was dirt everywhere. Nothing worked. The place was never vacuumed. The appearance was in shambles, so if you’re accustomed to hanging out in a dirty and shady location, this will probably work.

Booked online, confirmed by calling before booking to make sure the room I looked at could accommodate our family (6 people-2 adults and 4 kids) and was assured the King Suite could fit us. It could not. 1 king size bed and a tiny pull out sofa does not fit 6 people and should have been told that on the phone even when the booking site said it fit 6. The smoke detector was going off upon walking in. The room was not set up for 6 people. There were no blankets or sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa for my kids. Had to ask for those. Was not even given a blanket. Sheets only for the sofa bed. Beds have blankets and we should have been given that. Bathroom was not set up for 6 people. Towels for 3 people. If booking for 6 people the room should be set up to accommodate. We were really unhappy with the stay but we were only there for the night and passing through.

We were staying at this hotel as leg two of a spring break trip. My wife broke her wrist the afternoon we were checking in. I called the hotel and they worked with me to get my teenage kids checked in so I could stay at a nearby ER with my wife. My wife and I arrived late after getting out of the ER and the front desk staff was aware of our situation (in the middle of a shift change) and did everything they could to take care of us. We really appreciated it!

Fairly nice facility and day-time staff (younger gal) was really very nice. However, the room next to us was extremely loud, banging on the walls - jumping around, yelling, etc. This lasted until 3am and it seems there were multiple people there. I called down to the front desk 5 (FIVE) times and was assured it would be taken care of each time, but it seemed the guy (Gary I think) was mostly upset that I was bothering him. The noise didn't stop until after 3am - we had to get up at 5am....so NO SLEEP. In the morning, we discovered that The night clerk (Gary) had simply slipped a set of ear plugs under our door. Unbelievably poor service from this individual and not what anyone should expect. We stay in the area often to see family and I doubt we will ever stay here again. What a terrible experience.

Stayed 2 nights. Clean, quiet, slept like a baby.

Our room was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. There were several options for breakfast which was great. The staff were inviting and friendly. Overall, this was a great place to stay.
