In town for a family reunion… they recommended this hotel. Our flight was delayed gettin into Denver - Shout out to the folks in the bar/restaurant for letting us order at closing time!! We appreciate you!! Rooms were ok… musty/smoky smell that lingered, AC doesn’t go below 70 degrees… but kept shutting off at night. We were sweating. Was close to everything we were doing - but I’d probably choose to stay somewhere else next time.

The staff and hotel itself is great. But, you have to pay for WiFi? It isn't included in the room rate? Absurd. Free continental breakfast cost my family of 3 $40. The fact that it isn't clearly marked that items are not included is where the problem lies. I would recommend foregoing the "free" breakfast and spending your money on food that is worth the money. The place is great but the policies they have in place to drum up extra money is why I won't be staying there again. Should have just included WiFi. I probably would not care to write a poor review if that was included.

We thought staying at the Sheraton would be a treat for us as we got a night away from home and kids to enjoy together. We arrived and the cover over the area to drop off or pickup guests was heavily damaged on the underside. Ok, maybe they had a leak, it happens. Walked inside and reception is blocked by a large stairway so we weren’t exactly sure where to go to checkin. The one (and only) employee we interacted with at checkin was nice enough but not particularly friendly. An elevator was out of order which definitely caused delays and issues with the number of guests going in and out due to a concert in the area (which we were also attending). We got off on the 6th floor and the hallways smelled weird, bad weird. Maybe just old and musty, maybe something they tried to cover the old, musty smell up with, but not good. Enter our room and find our bathroom door held together with blue painter’s tape and barely able to be shoved closed, also the headboard on the bed in desperate need of replacement with the leather like material flaking off like peeling paint. I later found the door lock bent and had to force it to close. Last, the room would NOT cool down. The thermostat could be adjusted and said it was set to 65 but it was HOT in the room all night. Overall, far from the experience we THOUGHT we’d have by booking at a Sheraton. We will never come back to this one, that’s for sure, and we’ll think twice before booking one anywhere else.

The room I got had a broken shower just leaked all over floor. Ventilation we bad whole room was full of steam. The pool is indoor but super cool and the room was open to outside air. There is no hot tub which just seem weird for place this size. The dressing room in mens and women’s had hole in tile so getting dressed felt uncomfortable for kids and wife

Not our best experience. Would not stay here again. We were evacuated at 5:20 am. Then once we were allowed back in there were ongoing announcements about the elevator. My kids were both so scared to even go near the elevator after that so I asked the front desk lady if the elevator were working and safe to ease their minds. She was so short and rude. We never went back to sleep after evacuation, so needless to say we were all exhausted. We also really missed not having a mini fridge in the room.
