Our stay was exceptional! The staff were wonderful hosts and very obliging. I have 5 children, so we booked 2 rooms with 2 adults, and we were treated with kindness. The location is walkable to several different dining options, and the bus stop is close, which is just a short ride to the light rail, connecting us to all of Denver. We had a Uhaul and were able to park it easily in their parking lot. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids. It's not a huge hotel, but it has a free breakfast with waffle irons and eggs. I'd say the only downside is no fruit for breakfast. However, 7-11 is almost right across the street, so we took care of that easily enough. Overall, a great stay!

This hotel has been completely renovated.
We were pleasantly surprised. Looks new!
Very clean rooms and up to date facilities.
The front desk staff (Marsala) was very helpful. The only issue we had was having a room on the first floor near the indoor pool which made for loud yelling during the day and late evening. A security officer might be a good idea as we did have a domestic incident (fighting) one night that woke us up.
The pool area should be supervised. No supervision with young kids and no parents could be a recipe for disaster.
Morning breakfast is tasty, better than most, however a little variety with fruit might be nice.
Finally, the neighborhood is less desirable. A bus picks up and drops off immigrants in the plaza parking lot next door. Homeless do frequent the lot at night. Just need to be cautious and not be alone for safety.
Overall a comfortable stay with easy access to restaurants, airport, and interstate.

The hotel had good ratings and reviews and that’s why we chose it. The room was clean, good water pressure, nice beds. Staff were very friendly. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors talking and their televisions. We also heard when they came in at 3:30 am and the baby across the hall that woke up because of them too. We liked the pool and hot tub, not too crowded and lots of towels. The neighborhood was decent, no homeless groups that we saw, even with a liquor store across the street. We did see several groups passing through the property that may have been migrant families. I was concerned to see that during 2 of our 3 nights of stay, there were broken windows in the parking lot, cars parked fairly close to the front door too. We did not leave anything in our car so it did not happen to us. The security cameras were right in front of the vehicles too but they were pointed at each other rather than on the parking lot. There were several quick neighborhood food options and coffee close which was nice. The breakfast was typical continental but offered hot choices that were good (eggs, B & G, oatmeal). The kitchen area was clean too. We would stay again but definitely be smart about your cars in the lot!

The bedding needs replacing in 216, 312 reeked of urine and 316 also needed sheets replaced. I usually love and use la Quinta. This particular location is awesome just a little dingy compared to other la quintas our family frequents.

First room we were put in smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. Went down and asked to be placed in another room since this is a smoke free hotel and we were traveling with our young children. Were moved to the room directly next door and you could still smell it slightly. The lights on the fourth floor hallways were off and it was creepily dark. We asked if they could be turned on and we were told they were on a timer (it was literally 3 in the afternoon). They were never on the whole time we were there.

Husband and I decided to get a way at the last minute and booked this hotel because it was close to home. We checked in right away, there was a lot of parking, it was very clean and the breakfast as decent. We went to the pool for the hot tub and there was a large family of small kids so they were very loud but that is normal for this type of hotel so we didn't mind. The hot tub was nice and hot. They did leave an hour or so before the pool closed so we had some nice relaxing time too. The pool was very clean! My husband is VERY picky about pools and will not get into most hotel pools but he was impressed by how well they took care of theirs.. We did try and call the front desk once to find the ice machine (which was on our floor, way on the other end of the hotel ) But they did not answer. We stayed on hold about 4min b4 we hung up. We found it so it wasn't a big deal. The room was clean and comfortable. The windows opened and that is something that is hard to find now days. The air and heat both worked (in CO you need them both. Sometimes in the same day lol) Sleeping was comfortable I wish they had a better blanket. There was just one blanket that was kind of light and a sheet. But overall it was good (I am sure I could have asked for another blanket but we didn't) Breakfast was pretty good. they had lots of pastries and cereals Then they had eggs, potatoes, green chili and a (VERY GOOD) make your own waffle. Overall we had a great night we will go back again!!
