Property was in disarray. In the process of being remodeled. If they were not finished remodeling they should never have offered rooms that were not completely finished. The new paint smell in our room was overwhelming and we had to sleep with the air on high to get air circulating so the smell would not be so bad. There was still drywall dust all over our bathroom walls and tub. We had to wait almost 25 minutes to be checked in, with 3 families ahead of us, before anyone even reported to the desk because they were the only one at the property, checking in people, cleaning rooms and bringing towels to guests. For the price it was ok. But definitely would not recommend.

I stayed for a week at this hotel and they were remodeling so it was noisy and occasionally dusty in the lobby. The staff was very friendly, but I rated it down because I did not receive any daily service of my room. I had to ask for coffee almost every day and by the fourth day I was out of everything-clean towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, and coffee. I wasn’t expecting my sheets to be changed because I was staying there the whole time, that part didn’t bother me, but not even poking your head in and refilling my coffee and clean towels was a little irritating. I did utilize the pool and it was nice and warm,I was in Colorado Springs for a knee procedure and the pool was a nice amenity. The breakfast looked great although I didn’t eat it while I was there. They had hot and cold cereals, juice, milk, fresh fruit, waffles for you to make with The self serve waffle maker. So for a family that would’ve been a really nice breakfast to start with. Also, Expedia doesn’t tell you that there is deposit when checking in for this hotel. Also I booked everything through Expedia as a package and went through dollar car rental. they charged a deposit which Expedia didn’t talk about either so be prepared when you’re booking through Expedia to have large deposits required for the hotel and car rental. I did not come with very much but thankfully I had a credit card that I never use and was able to put the deposit on that.

The room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. I also like the fact that they provide quality toiletries. I had forgotten mine and I hate the cheap useless stuff they always have at hotels.y only complaint is that we were not told that there would be a private party at the pool (booked my room over 30 days in advance) and it would be unavailable for our use until 7 pm. My child was not very happy or patient.

We had to schedule a last-minute stay due to a family hospitalization. This hotel was perfect! For starters, the beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept great despite the extreme stress I was under. They were even more comfortable than my bed at home. Additionally, the hotel staff was all courteous, friendly, and helpful. I was able to get complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste for my companion and me, which was crucial based on our last-minute departure from home. The location was excellent, with an Old Chicago in the parking lot and a 24 hour convenience store just 2 buildings down. The shades darkened the room well, rooms and common areas were clean, pillows were plentiful, and even the complimentary shower supplies were quality. Breakfast was nothing special, but they had a solid selection of cereal and pastries, as well as breakfast burritos and egg patties. If I end up in the area again, in need of a place to stay, I will absolutely be back.

The hotel was great. Only thing that went wrong was that it began raining and thankfully my husband and I were still awake because the windows began leaking water into the room and we had a constant flow of water. We tried opening and closing the windows to see if that would help and it didn’t. It was a short storm so we just asked the front desk for towels and they helped us right away. We didn’t want to switch rooms because our kids were asleep.

The bathroom was tiny and the soap stank, they had zero amenities other than soda machine, the rooms smelt bad and had stains all over the floor and this was one of the pricier hotels paid for during my travels and the towels at the pool were tiny and did not even dry you off. Please if you look at staying at this hotel please consider that it is not worth the value there are better hotels. I stayed in 5 hotels during my trip and this was by far the worse smelling one.and the people hanging around outside made me nervous with my child.
