Its a nice hotel, we picked it mostly for location visiting our kids. The room was good sized and comfortable. Brreakfast is exactly the same every day. I've not met many people that like strawberry/banana yogurt, and didn't see many taking it. We were also surprised breakfast time did not change. 9 am they turn off the lights and its done. We were there on a holiday weekend and hated getting up that early.

We love staying here and usually have a great stay . The rooms are nice and clean , comfortable . The one thing I would ask of the people who do reservations, please don’t put people with kids on the upper floors . For two nights we listened to someone above our room (we were on the 3rd floor ) jump and run continuously for two or more hours of the evening and early morning . Shame on the parents as well .
But we still like the hotel and area .

We "cold-reserved" our room months ago, on Expedia. It had consistently earned good reviews, and our stay illustrated why. Staff was courteous, helpful, available when needed but not in your face. Facilities were all clean and tidy, breakfast was "real food" and was great each day, pool is big enough and was also well kept. The whole experience was very positive--my family and I all slept well on comfortable beds and bedding. Good stay.

Excellent stay! I love this location and everything about staying here. I would highly recommend this hotel for family vacations in the Denver/Boulder area.

There was large amounts of a former guests' long brown hair all over the shower, counter in the bathroom and on the shower faucet.
We had been on the road driving cross country for the previous 36 hours and simply just wanted a shower as soon as we got in our room -- and found the bathroom in that condition.
In speaking with the woman at the desk (name unknown), she stated that she had no one to send up to clean it for us and offered no other solutions to resolve the issue. She abruptly hung up on me after stating "I have a guest at the desk".
We were tired, didn't feel like arguing, and just cleaned it ourselves and moved on.
We know that mistakes happen, no one is perfect and things are sometimes missed, but the complete lack of concern was very troubling -- as was the refusal to assist with the issue.
I've contacted Hotels.com about the issue and hope we can come to a resolution with the hotel.
The pool was a lot of fun and heated, which we loved.
The breakfast was nice, had a lot of selection, and was very well maintained by the staff.
The main beds were nice and soft, but the pullout couch was very thin and really only suitable for a small child and would likely be very uncomfortable for an adult. Also be prepared to hunt down the bedding for it, and make up the bed yourself.
The TV was angled away from the beds, which was a bit odd, but not a big deal.
The property is only 2 years old, and other than the issues in our room, is truly beautiful.

This Comfort Suites is a nice clean hotel with helpful staff, clean laundry area, and a convenient snack and soap purchasing nook. Very good continental breakfast and great for families looking for a place in the middle of lots of things to do in the Denver area -really good limited mobility bathroom, but ask a lot of questions if you are wheelchair-bound. The hotel is about 30 - 45 min from everything whether it's mountain hiking, downtown, Estes Park, or visiting Bolder -great spot if you have time and are looking to explore the entire area, but a little far if your focus is only on metro Denver with limited time.
