We booked 5 rooms to stay with family. Staff was rude and anything but welcoming at our arrival. The check in process took about an hour and was extremely frustrating to go through. After getting our rooms assigned, one of our rooms was still being cleaned which delayed our arrival even further adding to the frustration. Noise from other guest in the building was problematic during the night. After our stay one of our family members went to check out they charged them for a room they didn’t stay in even though our booking already paid for. When when we called back they refused to remove the charge. Unfortunately, would not recommend staying at the property to others.

Great hotel. Very clean, easy to check in. Beautiful interior. Was only there for one night with family. Bad -- You can hear the passing traffic noise.

Check In and check out was a breeze. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We went with family so we had two rooms, (for a total of four days) both were very clean. My only negative would be it was a bit of a struggle to get enough towels everyday. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. We loved staying at this hotel and have recommended it to our family for a reunion later this year.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel ! The rooms were nice and the place was nice as well! The only con is that they didn’t clean our room everyday, although the do not disturb sign was off !

I checked out 2 days early for a family emergency and.... they cant or wont refund the 2 days i didn't stay there. Thats bs.

This hotel is modern and welcoming. One thing we did not notice when booking is the room did not have a microwave so we had to walk to the lobby to use theirs. Everything was clean but there looked like coffee stains on the curtains. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We used the pool and hot tub which were nice, but overran with children from what seemed to be a large family reunion.. ..

The floors were sticky dirty, and we could not find a crib for my two years old kid which they stated they will provide.

Everything was great the only thing is the alam went of whole we were asleep. That was really annoying but I'm not sure if it was the hotel or some kid that pulled the alarm.. but other than that i would definitely stay again.

I always come to this hotel when I’m in Denver but this recent stay was horrible . I stayed for a week & we had to evacuate 3x in 1 week due to the kids smoking in the rooms. I’m a traveling nurse & working 16hrs and coming to the hotel & everybody was outside was frustrating . The price for breakfast went up to $15 it’s not worth it . I didn’t enjoy my stay this go round unfortunately.
